I am a regular customer at your 704 E Innes St, Salisbury, NC location. Today I received a sandwich that contained what appears to be a piece of wood. I am very concerned about this from a food safety perspective.

The nighttime manager michelle is unbelievably amazing. She is obviously very good at her job. And can be seen juggling multiple different situations from the drive through front counter food and employees all without missing a beat. If you have any issues, she is the person to talk to about getting them corrected.

This is the worst McDonald’s that I have ever been to. They give the wrong food. They take forever. They aren’t polite. Would be nice if they cleaned house and restarted. The owner is clearly a useless individual. This franchise and its owner are an embarrassment to McDonalds as a whole.

The woman in the drive through tonight said my rewards wouldn’t work and she stole 3000 points and I got nothing for my rewards, the double cheeseburgers was so cold, and nothing was on them except meat and cheese, it looked like the took the bun off the meat and rubbed it on the grill. It was the McDonalds on 704 East Innes S, Street, Salisbury, NC 28144. The woman working the drive through on January 17, 2026 at 10:55 pm order number 36. She should be fired for lying and stealing 3000 of my rewards. That’s fraud

I strongly discourage anyone from using the mobile app to order from this location.

This is now the second time I’ve placed an order well before the breakfast cutoff — 15 minutes prior — and for the second time, I’ve been told upon arrival: “We’re not going to be able to make your order.”

I’ll admit, the first time Ashley at least tried to accommodate my order, but that doesn’t change the fact that I ordered within breakfast hours — and it should’ve been honored, is not like im asking for a favor, nor special treatment

I’m not one to cause a scene, and I consider myself reasonable. But this is beyond frustrating.

The manager, Ashley, claimed they “can only see the order once I arrive,” which makes absolutely no sense — especially since I received a notification while driving there saying:

“Hey, we got your order!”

And the “solution” offered? Lunch menu. ‍♂️

If I wanted their disgusting lunch menu, I could get it any time of day.

This kind of incompetence and indifference is exactly why this will be the last time I visit this location.

I wasn’t rude. I wasn’t impatient. They just did not care.

On the attachment there’s another review from a customer that ordered via the app, and when he got there, food was ready…

After leaving a local indoor child playground, I stopped by here to get lunch for my son and I around 4:35pm. I ordered via the app.

The drive thru long was long and wasn’t moving. So I decided to go inside. The food was ready when I went inside.

I needed to ask for a cup and the chocolate milk that came with the kids meal though. While getting my beverage, I noticed that the floor was sticky even though there a wet floor sign. I also observed the staff looking like they did not want to be there. I asked one staff for BBQ sauce, she gave it to me but didn’t say a work at all… her face was so flat and yeah. It was evident she wanted to be elsewhere. The staff was not working together too. One staff was treating new employee poorly 🙁

On another note, our food was correct. There were no issues with it and we enjoyed it.

September 25 me and my 8 year old daughter was getting food and the front counter fell on my daughter the thing I call corporate and told them about it I never heard from anyone then the manger told me when my daughter ankle hell to bring up there to get a happy meal so now I’m looking into a full lawsuit

I do not like to complain on people but i went there yesterday morning and went through the drive thru . The lady on the other end was very rude. i had asked a simple question and she bit my head off and then i proceeded to order my meal and all i said was a sausage egg n cheese bagel meal and she didn’t give me time to tell her a drink or anything so all i got was the sandwich. I love to eat there but i didn’t like the negativity.

Would give no stars. Like the person in front of me, we left the drive thru before getting our food. I had to call out to the speaker twice before getting an answer. Was met with “what can I get you?” No greeting, no nothing. Wasn’t even told to pull forward. The screen was silent. Waited in line for 15mins for just an iced coffee and attitude. Y’all have truelt fallen. Will not go back.

I’m not even going put a star. Today here in Salisbury NC we are having a bad snow storm. They made my friend come in today. We couldn’t even drive cause the roads are bad and getting worse. They still made him home in. A manager came and got him and and they came and got him around 10:45 and it took them an hour to get there now when he gets off they expect him to walk or us to come and get him.
