We had Joe’s lasagna at a Christmas party and I thought it was great. Therefore we had to make a trip down to Alabaster to check it out. We sampled everything. Bread, appetizer and dessert! The chicken parmigiana was very good and so was the spinach dip. Cake and the Caesar salad were ok. I would recommend the lasagna and the chicken parmigiana.

Everything we ordered was delicious and fresh. The calamari appetizer was especially good. I had the Joe’s Oscar—most of the dish was great, though the asparagus was a bit tough and chewy. I added gluten‑free pasta and extra sauce, which made the meal even better.
My dad ordered the buffalo Cajun pasta with sausage and really enjoyed it, and he also got the cannolis, which he loved. The dessert portions are huge, so one slice of cake is definitely enough to share. I had the chocolate turtle cake, and it was amazing.
Our waiter, Ryder, was incredibly helpful, kind, and attentive throughout the meal. We had a wonderful experience and will definitely be back.

I love this place and have been coming here for years when I’m in the area. Me and hubs stopped by on our way to our anniversary cabin stay. The tomato basil soup, homemade bread and herb olive oil was as good as ever, and my husband loved his calzone. I’ll order something different next time, didn’t know that the pasta was only penne, which soaks up sauce like crazy, and so my dish was extremely dry. Still, will always come by when we’re in the area! The homemade strawberry cake is worth it every time

Not impressed nor disappointed. I ordered the lasagna for delivery. It wasn’t nasty but just ok. I might give this restaurant another try but as dine in whenever I am in the area. I would try a completely different dish as well. I did feel as if I got my money’s worth with the portion.

I am a realtor and I feel this is always a great place to take out of town guest. I recommend the tomato soup and they loved it. I ordered a meat pizza and it was good. ( Big enough for 2-3 people) My guest ordered the lasagna and the other one had the salad both look delicious and they said they were delicious. The cakes are always a good reason to just stop in.

We visited on New Year’s Eve late night. Joe’s was open until 12:30a.m. for NYE. Our party of 4 came around 10:30. There were only a few tables occupied. There was one-man live music playing. It was enjoyable and made a nice atmosphere. We just had a few small dishes because we weren’t super hungry. I will say chicken bites were anything but small. We were surprised by the large serving of those. They were good. We got them with ranch that you could tell was made in-house. Crab claws were reasonably priced even though they were a bit small. Everything was good and service was good as well.

Ordered a large pepperoni pizza to go. Asked for extra pepperoni and was charged for. That was fine. By looking at the pic you can see it doesn’t appear to have extra pepperoni. And at a price of $30 for a large pizza is very disappointing. Could have gotten the same pizza at another place for half the price. Don’t mind paying for quality food but this to was lacking. Joes you can do better. Very disappointed.
