As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Robot menu makes me want to commit fork in toaster. It’s obnoxious and makes me want to stop coming back.
Update September 29th. Got my order wrong and these two for 8 chili dogs don’t have chili on them. Still has annoying drive thru robot. Fish sandwich is stale and tough in texture and tough to chew.
So sad that someone will respond to these comments acting like they care or change anything but they don’t. Is sad that they are so bad at customer service they hide behind a robot menu and watch their reputation decline. Just lost two customers today for good. I will not recommend this place to anyone.

I ordered a garlic Swiss in a pretzel bun with garlic Parmasean fries and got Charged $15 for normal fries and no bun. Their service went downhill. Likely going to report this location to corporate and the BBB. I’m disgusted at how ripped off and lazy this staff is.

I am kind of bummed about doing this review but I have to as it was not a great experience for me or my husband. We decided that we wanted Chili Dogs and would go down to Rally’s. I ordered online about 6:25pm and when I was done, the system said about 6:30-6:35 pm it would be ready. I thought not a big deal it was just 3 chili dogs and a large fry. I got there and no one answered on the 2nd speaker so I waited behind the one car that was in the drive thru at the other speaker. The automated speaker system said for me to say my name then drive to the window since it was a mobile order. I did that, the cashier didn’t know what I was there for and then he said the back crew told him they were making it and if I could park around to the parking lot. I went around and there were several cars there waiting also for their food. I get it, many restaurants are doing this now. It was now, 6:35 pm and we were waiting there. A worker came out and asked me if I was so and so after asking every other car what they had and I told him that wasn’t my order. This happened about 6-7 more times and I had to repeat to the worker my name and my order and it was a mobile order. Finally about 7:00 pm and my husband and I were the very last car there, we got our order! Over 30 minutes after we ordered for 3 Chili Dogs and a large fry! The worker did apologize but I just wanted out of there by that time. We got to our place which was about 2 minutes away and what do you know, there is a missing chili dog and they were not that great. The taste was ok and the bottom bun was so soggy that I couldn’t eat it. I ate part of my chili dog and just ate a few fries. We felt we should have just made our own chili dogs at that point or we should have went the few more miles to another place. I really don’t want to go back and I know Rally’s might want to make it right but I don’t want to experience that place again. The last time I went, I was not that impressed but thought I would try it again. I can only speak about this restaurant at this location in particular but it really needs help and that starts with the top with the owner then down to your staff. Everyone else that was waiting there looked like they were waiting for a while before me and maybe it was just a hit with all the customers at once ad like I said I understand that, but there needs to be a system in place when that happens and to make sure the quality doesn’t suffer during those times. I will not go on any further and I wish you Good luck Rally’s with improving some of those things that could be better.

It’s a great location.Me and my family have gone quite a few times we absolutely love rallies.The staff are always amazing and extremely professional and nice. I have a habit of confusing.The AI but your staff is extremely accommodating and helpful. I will say the only downside is.It’s a little confusing with your two drive through lanes and one of them never seems to work But there’s no cones out. And the seems like this place is a bit outdated.The parking lot is definitely in some need of repair.And the building itself just looks outdated.

Consistently each and every time I visit this location, one of my very favorite fast food joints reputation is tarnished. The customer service is always poor, the food (if they have it) is not correct, and I always leave with a sense and feeling of having completely wasted my time.

It was an empty building when we pulled into the drive thru. The order speaker was projecting a computerized woman’s voice that asked what we would like to order. This was the interesting fact that we asked about once we pulled up to the window counter. Despite not having spoken to us (the establishment’s only current and present potential customers), she snapped back a patronizing response and curtly shoved our food through the window. It was as well pulled to the curb that we realized she had also failed to provide us with straws for our three drinks. So we backed up into the drive thru lol

Rude and I’ve always known Rally’s to honor military discount and now this location is telling me they will not. Even though as I placed my order the automated AI agent told me the discount would be honored. I was offended and most likely will not return to Rally’s after the his disappointment.

I have been going to this location for over 15 years. I ordered the Philly cheesesteak burger no mayo medium combo and the half pound chicken and fries box. The burger came with a bun, I guess a slice of some sort of cheese, one beef patty and the Philly meat looked like burnt dog food. Half of the “Philly meat” came under (what I guess Rally’s would call their burger) which I put onto the burger. 6 of the fries from both orders were blazing hot and after a 6 minute drive home, the rest were literally cold (just guessing they recooked old fries). The biggest reason I go to Rally’s is because of the chocolate milkshake, that was literally a vanilla milkshake with no chocolate flavor. This location has never been good at mixing the shake but at least they had the chocolate malt flavor in the shake on all previous visits that I just mixed myself. Save your money and go somewhere else.

I feel bad posting a negative review about food but holy horrendous quality chicken and meat. I ordered garlic parmesan chicken tenders. One would think that the tenders would be marinated or seasoned instead of just regular chicken. Because that is how it is at any other place that serves garlic parmesan wings or tenders. My chicken came clean and looked like 6-month-old fish sticks. The garlic parmesan was on the side and it was the most disgusting thing I’ve ever tasted. I have posted a picture of the chicken to show you how miserable it was. The burger meat was as thin as a dime as well. Might be the worst place I’ve eaten in a very long time . The garlic parmesan is not pictured because I threw it away. I thought the ranch would help but I could not eat the chicken and ended up throwing my whole order in the trash, so did another coworker I bought for.
