Hey I was in the drive thru tonight and I pulled up to the second window and the young man working the second window .he literally slammed my drink in my hand and threw my straw on the ground literally on the ground and then slings my bag of food to me and said here .and the on top of it all he said have a nice one real rude. Thanks McDonald’s for such real poor service and staff I will never eat anything from there ever again. I will drive to thomasville if I want McDonald’s and that’s sad because I live here In Lexington thanks McDonald’s for ruining my meal tonight

Waited 19 minutes for our food! After 12 minutes, we asked about our meals and where told “we are working on it.” Even if each item was cooked fresh to order, it doesnt take 19 minutes! The fish is ordered well was cold, buns where stale. The only part good about this meal was they did give me fries without salt like I asked.

2. Extra pickles and I got 2 tiny pickles.
3. Extra ketchup goes between the bread not on the wrapper… I’m not a goat, I don’t eat the paper…
3 sandwiches and nothing was correct . How hard is it to follow directions.

Instead of playing back there in the back and discussing everybody’s life in a problem that they have going on the workers need to be focusing on getting the food into the bags and making sure that the food is made correctly before it is dropped into a bag you’ll sit out here in the curb service forever I know I’ve had to go in several times just to grab my food that was just sitting there because there was so many people waiting in line because they’re just not on top of their skill this sucks when you’re in a hurry they shouldn’t call it fast food anymore just call it when you get it

I wish I could give zero stars. I have been here before, several times with my kids. Today was horrible. It’s almost 1 pm, they ran out of Coke. They ice tea tastes like it was left out overnight that I choose as my substitute. The man we paid was great and smiled and was curious. The woman who gave us our food not as friendly. Nothing worse than having them hand you your drink while looking and talking the opposite direction. I have to lean into the window to grab it instead of her leaning out the window to give it to me. The WORST PART of my meal, besides cold old French fries, was a quarter pounder that was dripping and puddling grease everywhere. And of course no napkins. Talk about a greasy spoon diner this McDonald’s win’s the award. Had to throw our meals away. Had no time to drive back and get a $20 refund for our two lunches.

Here I am again. Walked into this restaurant in a hurry. Of course no one was at a cash register so I ordered off the famous new computer screen that now want you to order on. I would hate for them to give you customer service like they used to. I had to wait for them to get the drive thru customers out before they would even acknowledge I was alive. 20 minutes after walking in the door I got my food. Service sucks here if you are a walk inside!!!! I will go across the street to KFC next time. They have great customer service.

Drive thru was wrapped all the way around so I made a mistake and decided to park and go inside and order…. Very long wait time, took them more than 30 minutes to give me 2 shakes and a small fries, horrible customer service. I will definitely not be returning to this location.
