came at around 11pm, was handed our bag of food with no eye contact and the employee turned around a left before we could as for sauce.. we then waited and waved out of the car and shouted while employees looked at us and paid no mind, when someone finally acknowledged we were still there they gave us the finger (like children who meed to wait) so unprofessional, waited another 2 minutes and finally got the sweet sour. giving someone the finger is highly disrespectful, especially another adult to an adult (and no they were NOT busy) i know its not a 5star dining experience but maybe just treating people like they are decent human beings is enough. i love McDonalds but this wasn’t cool

Actually I was pretty impressed with this place! The first McDonald’s ever to give good service and actually have accurate food and professional customer service! Very impressed by Jose. I don’t know if he was the manager or assistant manager but he was very helpful in getting the accuracy of the food and drink perfect along with a smile 🙂 Good stuff good stuff. Most McDonald’s I go to have inaccuracy on every item imaginable. However, this place was a lot different in a good way 🙂

I just visited the McDonald’s at 8660 South Orange Avenue, and I’m very disappointed with how I was treated. One of the managers — a man — was extremely rude and disrespectful to customers. I asked a young female employee for some ice cream. Even though the lobby was closed, she was kind enough to give it to me through the drive-thru window, even though I was on foot.

But instead of appreciating her effort, the manager started yelling at her right in front of me. That was completely unacceptable! It made me feel really bad for her — she was just trying to help and do her job. No employee should be treated like that, especially not for being helpful.

Customers deserve respect. This manager needs to understand that without customers, he wouldn’t have a job. I was very upset by his behavior and I hope McDonald’s management will take this seriously. No one should be made to feel disrespected or unwelcome at your restaurant

We ordered 3 Spicy burgers & 2 Wraps. One came without burger, just pickle and sauce!

Months back, I ordered 6 Burger and got only 5!

We had a great experience at that location, the kids like the food and the staff were very serviable..The frozen drinks were great especially the sprite lemonade. The store was clean, outside and inside.The bathroom were ok and I wish they have paper towel instead of the hand air dryer. I also Liked the attraction brochures for those visiting Florida. It’s always good to see big corporation supporting small and local businesses.

I just got totally ripped off. Don’t use the app. I just paid $8.18 for a muffin sandwich and a hash brown. Then when I pulled up it shows the muffin hash brown and soda for $5. I guess the app is just a rip off. Feeling kind of cheated to be honest.

Not a bad spot. The staff was friendly. Very quiet and soft spoken but friendly. Inside dining area was clean. Outside was clean and well maintained. The restrooms needed some attention. The most disappointing thing of all was they ran out of breakfast burritos! Ugh!! Oh well, it happens.
