Service and atmosphere was really friendly and great! I was actually really impressed with this overall. The system they had for service was overall fast, easy to navigate, and streamlined. The food, however, is nicely plated and has lots of potential. The noodles were cooked well, but if labeled “spicy” just know that it is not spicy at all. I ordered the Cajun chicken noodles/pasta and they were not spicy or Cajun at all. This is a mistake I see at a lot of restaurants. They add some bell peppers, which are not spicy at all, and call it “cajun” or spicy on the menu. I am not sure if it was just the day, but as a first time customer I would probably not go back or will definitely try something different next time.

Came in for lunch at around 12-1pm, ordered their Med Chicken Salad, sat down and had enjoyed the food. There was a ton of construction around the area and in front of the restaurant so it was quite loud and some other restaurants weren’t even open due to the construction.
Their known for their noodles/pastas but I wasn’t super hungry so I ended up with a salad. They also got sides, kid meals, and such.

We popped in for a quick lunch. The food was really tasty and the staff was very helpful. It’s was our first time to visit Noodles & Company. I would recommend it. We were very pleased with our experience. Sharing a picture of Pad Thai in regular sized option. So, good.

During my recent visit out to the Denver area to help my sister set up her ID, I came here for my lunch as a means of getting my necessary nutrients, I was in Downtown and was surprised to see that there was a Noodles and Company in the area.
While the mixed reviews may have been a death sentence going to this very location near the 16th Street Mall, I found the location to be good, the service aspect and the food, two areas of Major concern were both great, but not immaculate. My Chessy Mac and Grilled Chicken tasted good and was served to us almost immediately. The main issue, however with the food was the fact that the food was lukewarm and the chicken was cold, something that most people don’t desire when consuming food from Noodles and Company.
The main complaint I had was with the restroom, however, as the restroom had to be accessed by an employee who recognized the numerical pin necessary for customer use. Additionally, the mirror was slanted at a weird angle, the door was covered with graffiti from other customers who did not defend the rights of the property, and the urinal was bolted too low to the ground.
Overall, my okay experience was not okay, and the food was the only redeeming part in spite of being cold. I will eat elsewhere on 16th Street when I am in the area next time.

Noodles & Company offers the standard fast-casual noodle experience, and this downtown Denver location delivers just what you’d expect from the chain. The food itself was quite good, there’s a solid mix of pre-made noodles and fresh toppings. I tried the spicy Korean steak noodles and would definitely order them again.
However, the cleanliness left something to be desired. This location feels a bit older, with worn tables and chairs, and the drink station wasn’t as tidy as I’d like. Soda stains and scattered napkins gave the area a disheveled appearance. A little more attention from the staff would go a long way toward improving the dining atmosphere.
Overall, it’s a reliable spot for a quick, no-frills bite to eat. If you’re in the area and craving noodles, Noodles & Company is still a decent option.

I went on 12/10 around 7:30pm. I ordered potstickers and a cavatappi rosa with parmesan chicken.
When they brought the food to my table the chicken was black. Not just black but charred. I told her that that wasn’t something I would accept and she took it back. The second time it was still charred and I requested a refund.
When speaking to the manager about it the lady asked what the issue was, I explained and I told her that I, now anyone else, would feel happy eating that. As the lady manager processed my refund she over heard me talking to my girlfriend that I feel bad for anyone else ordering food if that is how they were serving it… AND THE MANAGER AGEED, Saying that she too wouldn’t eat the food from the establishment.
Not upset, just disappointed. I love Noodles but I cant support this type of service!

I never write reviews, but my boyfriend and I went up to the front counter to order last night (11/22) and the one girl by the counter looked at us and walked to the back of the kitchen. The other 4 employees made eye contact with us, but were too busy talking about Markiplier (yes the youtuber) and sharing pictures on their phones to come greet us or take an order! None of them were making any noodles literally just standing around a counter. We left and went to the Pot Belly sandwiches next door and the ONE employee was better than the 5 at noodles.

The portions are smaller than anywhere else I have been in the state of Colorado and I had to wait without a line about 8 minutes before even being acknowledged by any staff member then waiting an additional 4 more minutes for my order to be taken. After the order was taken and paid for the meal was delivered promptly yet I ordered a regular sized meal containing what seemed like a child sized serving

Super friendly staff and super fast service I appreciated!! I never leave bad reviews but the gluten free noodles here were inedible. I have had the noodles and company gf noodles many times at other locations, idk if this was a bad batch or if something needs to be done differently in the kitchen. I hate to be negative but really wish I had known before going today so sharing for others or for management to resolve the issue with the gf noodles.

I ordered the Butter Noodles with shrimp and I was served a regular size black plastic container that was 80% jam packed filled with egg noodles without any sauce, seasonings, cheese, and two shrimp.
The remainder of the order, just on the top was where the sauce, seasonings, cheese, and the shrimp were placed.
I have added some of my own seasonings and the order is still not edible.
I wonder if the person who prepared my order has actually even tried the Butter Noodles that they prepared themselves because it should be obvious that the order is not edible.
For any customers who have ordered the same dish I did, the lack of sauce, seasonings, and cheese is clear in the pictures I have added. Except for the shrimp shown in the picture, I am unable to eat the rest of my order.
