Social Profile:

We’re a Belgian bakery and restaurant serving simple, wholesome and seasonal food. Le Pain Quotidien means “the daily bread” in French, and like our name suggests, we’re bakers at heart. Although our handmade, organic bread is how we got our start, we serve a variety of healthy options like organic coffee, pastries, eggs, tartines, soups, salads and desserts. At Le Pain Quotidien, we believe that food should be simple, nourishing and delicious. That’s why we source ingredients that are local or organic whenever possible. We also believe in the importance of eating a healthy, plant-based diet, so you’ll find many vegetarian or vegan options on our menu.

Classic light fare & organic breads fill out the menu at this rustic-chic bakery/cafe chain.

Great service and good food. One thing to note though, the sizes for their hot drinks are bizarre(not in a bad way). They are huge! Small was a mini soup bowl and large was a soup bowl. We had to use two hands to drink it

This morning, I was looking for a nice place to have breakfast and decided to try Le Pain Quotidien, a French-inspired restaurant. The ambience is warm and inviting—similar to a Starbucks-style setup but much better, making it a great spot to hang out with friends and enjoy a relaxed morning.

I ordered the S’mores Crookie and the Roasted Cauliflower & Cheddar Frittata.

S’mores Crookie: Incredibly sweet, but so good that I finished all of them—definitely a treat for anyone with a sweet tooth.
Frittata: Cooked to perfection, with a great balance of flavors.
The service was also excellent. Jonathon was very helpful and made the experience even better.

Overall, Le Pain Quotidien is a great breakfast spot with a cozy atmosphere, tasty food, and good service. Would definitely recommend!

Absolutely loved everything about this quaint Cafe. French pastries like I’ve never seen before. Brioche mushrooms, a doughnut Brioche filled with whip cream. Cinnamon Oatmeal served with baked apples. I also loved their coffee cups and dishes, I would have bought the set if they had them for sale.
We were greeted with a menu a smile and great service as soon as we were seated. Prices were very reasonable. I can’t recommend Le Pain Quotidien enough.

The croissant is deliciousss and yummy. I got avocado toast also yummy. They have outdoor spot to dine in with your dog. The place kinda busy so make sure the server back to you esp outdoor because it is cold. Anyway they are very friendly 🙂
Great eating spot to have croissant in Greenwich. Parking kinda hard esp in the rush hour but you can park at the parking lot and walk lil bit

What a disappointment! Next time, I’ll drive 15 min more and get the real Le Pain Quotidien experience from the New Canaan branch. This branch was TERRIBLE. The omelettes had barely nothing else but eggs in them… tiny piece of salmon, a bit of ham and cheese. The salad was almost dead. The beligium chocolate was completely watery. And the tables were all full of dirty items, even though the place was not full at all. If everything is going to be so bad, maybe the prices shouldn’t be the same as the good branch ones.

Le Pain Quotidien is like a foodie’s paradise! Their bread and pastries are seriously addictive – you can smell them from blocks away! Whether you’re there for brunch or just popping in for a coffee, they’ve got something tasty for everyone. The vibe is cozy and relaxed, perfect for catching up with pals or chilling solo. And the staff? Super friendly and always make you feel right at home. Trust me, whether you’re a regular or a newbie, Le Pain Quotidien is a must-visit spot that easily earns four stars in my book!

Great pastries, fresh and tasty.
Very good coffee, especially the iced.
I loved that they have small tarts and desserts, this way you can get the kids a small version and not worry of them eating to much sweets.
