Well, it was on base, at the Tinker BX Food Court, so that’s one thing; the atmosphere isn’t exactly under their control. The food was good and the chicken VERY hot and fresh. The sides (regular sides) were smallish but good (mashed potatoes and gravy, and red beans & rice). The chicken pieces were kinda smallish too, but everything tasted great. But it really wasn’t very much food for $16 (incl. tax).

Told the lady at the counter at Popeyes on tinker afb specifically I want spicy tenders with sweet heat sauce. I didnt get either…. I usually trust this Popeyes thats why I didnt check. The receipt specifically says it but I guess they do whatever they want now.

Very disappointing visit. I ordered the shrimp tackle box, chicken bites, with wild honey mustard and cocktail sauce. When my order was ready, there were no sauces on the tray, so I asked for the wild honey mustard and cocktail sauce. “Sorry, no cocktail sauce”. That would have great to know when I ordered shrimp. As you can see in the picture, the biscuit looks like it’s been under the warmer for a long time. Totally dehydrated. The chicken bites were overdone also. There was a long line behind me or I would have asked for a refund.

At peak hours, they tend to be very busy. They are very efficient at getting folks served, regardless. The food has been really good each time I’ve had it. Hot, fresh, and tasty.

I recently had a highly unsatisfactory experience at Popeyes, which left me thoroughly disappointed. I had eagerly ordered the Sunday Special and a sandwich combo, only to discover that my order was incomplete upon receiving it. To my dismay, the restaurant forgot to include the fries and biscuit that were supposed to be part of my meal.
This oversight is simply unacceptable, especially when considering the fact that I had paid for the specified items. It is disheartening to experience such carelessness and lack of attention to detail from a well-known fast-food chain like Popeyes.
Not only did the missing fries and biscuit significantly affect the overall value of my order, but they also detracted from the enjoyment of my meal. The absence of these essential components left me feeling unsatisfied and shortchanged. The whole purpose of ordering a combo is to receive a complete meal, and it is deeply disappointing when that expectation is not met.
As a loyal customer who has enjoyed Popeyes’ offerings in the past, this experience has left a bitter taste in my mouth. I expected better from a restaurant with a reputation for flavorful food and quality service. Unfortunately, this visit fell far short of those expectations.
I sincerely hope that Popeyes takes this feedback seriously and implements measures to improve the accuracy and completeness of their orders. Customers should not have to endure the frustration and dissatisfaction that comes from missing items.

I like their chicken tenders. They’re always consistent on flavor and quantity. The red beans and rice are a great go to.
