Paul (the manager, I think) was super cool & professional. I originally ordered online. Turns out the order didn’t go thru but the pre authorization did. Paul explained the situation, assured me he’d check at the end of the shift to double check that it was only a pre authorization on their end but guided me to reach out to my bank if need be. He then happily took my order. I really appreciated his caring approach to the situation. Great customer service & sandwich. I’ll be back!

Never been inside a worse establishment. Two days ago it took them 25 minutes to make 2 sandwiches. They were running all over the place and nothing was organized. It was chaos but only 1 family of customers already eating in the restaurant. We order here often hoping it’ll get bigger but it’s a sloppy mess, lacking effort and a good amount of ingredients. The people working here are literally insane. My husband went there a few weeks ago and they said they didn’t have change for a $100 bill. Jimmy John’s?! Really?! The WORST establishment I’ve ever stepped into hands down. Should be shut down in my opinion.

I just left with an Uber order. There were several items listed so I went to ask a question. An older lady told me “It’s all in the bag sir.” Before I could really ask. I then was matching the receipt with my order and the lady said the same thing 3-4 more times. I wasn’t even asking her anything. The order asked for extra napkins. As I went to get them, she said “Sir, it’s in the bag!” I tried to explain I was just verifying and she turned her back to me. She was extremely rude and annoying for no reason. I’ll never eat there and I’ll pass on deliveries from now on.

So disappointed in with my order last night. I ordered the tommy when I opened it is was so flat. Literally 3 small pieces of meat. No dressing. Went back in and asked is the really all the meat you get? For 10.00 I feel like I just bread. I said I can go to Walmart and buy a whole thing of turkey I Mean come on. Definitely will not be ordering from them again.

I felt happy and ordered a large #12 but when I went to pay with 100$ bill they said they didn’t have enough change. I find that hard to believe in a successful business especially one so busy. I’m a loyal rewards member I’ve gone to multiple jimmy John’s and I’ve never had a problem paying with 100$ bills. I hate the service provided today and I want the company to know I’m calling customer service. I just hate the fact that I’ve could’ve choosen Panda Express and they wouldn’t have made me go get change for my LEGAL tender. And something else that ticked me off was the fact that they didn’t bag it and when I got a bag they wouldn’t bag it for me.

I’m somewhat disappointed in my order. Whoever prepared and packed it clearly didn’t pay attention to the special instructions I marked, or perhaps didn’t care to do so. I requested that the sandwich be cut in half and napkins included. After the order was delivered, I discovered that no napkins were packed and the sandwich wasn’t cut in half, either. In addition, other mistakes were unfortunately made. The toasted sandwich I ordered (ground beef and cheddar) didn’t have the crispy onion rings on it as it was supposed to, and the horseradish sauce contained the wrong mayo-to-horseradish ratio, rendering the sandwich almost unbearable to eat. That’s 4 errors in one order! If I’m going to pay an arm and a leg for a combo meal, I expect that it be prepared to my liking…not too much to ask for!

They were very busy (not a big deal for me), we watched two customers walk. When we ordered an unwich for my daughter, we informed them that she was celiac and allergic to dairy. They were very confused or frustrated to have to change out gloves… I’m not entirely sure. The unwich was tiny and was a disappointment. There was one price of lettuce that didn’t wrap it. Also, it wasn’t wrapped the normal way, so it opened up like it shows in the photo.

So Google is asking me for a review because I use this location to meet when selling things on FB Marketplace. Mainly because there’s always a ton of parking available and it’s hard to miss the vehicle you’re meeting up with. (Unlike the Walmart parking lot it resides in, where you have to play musical cars. NO I SAID THE HOME SIDE, WHY WOULD I BE 3 SPOTS BACK ON THE GROCERY SIDE…) Any ways I used to love JJ but now their gargantuan sandwich is like $26, and the bread is still hard as you remembered it. I mean I should stop in so I don’t lose this great meet up spot.
