The place seems understaffed, and could use a face-lift. We did wait a while before anyone noticed to seat us. The waitress was great, and friendly but had to many tables/task- so that’s not on her for our wait on food/drinks. The food was delicious!

Utterly disrespectful to my wife. Came in on veterans Day for the free breakfast. A Navy nurse who served her country for 8 years. A veteran but not retired. Had her discharge paperwork with her but was denied both by her server and the manager. Who would pretend to be a veteran for a $15 breakfast in a suburb? Absolutely shameful. Please do not frequent this place.

My family was pleased and we are completely stuff. I’m definitely giving a shout out to presentations from the chefs in the back. As well as to our waiter Lamont, he personally deserves a high pay raise. He was very nice and he made sure we were satisfied. If you ask me this would be the only IHOP we come to. Service was great, no line no wait and it was clean and on point. Thank you to everyone who worked here. Let the pictures show greatness.

Went yesterday at about 5:10 pm. 3 tables, two folks each and me. I was on a time crunch to get back to work. Server was sweet. Took extra long time to get food, unsure why considering how few of us were there. Ordered an eggs benedict dish. Poached egg….See photo. See problem?
I pointed out to my server, she’s sweet, but didn’t say anything. Asked to speak to the manager. She came and said he was busy but will be out (I reminded her I had limited time) he comes out, I point to the eggs and say, these are boiled eggs, not poached and I don’t have time now to redo the dish. He appropriately says he is comping the dish. Perfect! Thank you. I appreciate that.
All was well. BUT then he says, “just for the record, that’s how IHOP teaches us to make that dish.
Um. A breakfast shop doesn’t know how to make a poached egg?
I don’t like being gaslit by a restaurant manager. It was going so well, he got it right….up until that moment.
Tipped the server generously and left.
Good news, the dish is really good! Better with a poached egg though.

This ihop is passable. The food was as expected, although there was quite a long wait for the it to be delivered. Approximately 20 minutes elapsed from the time the waitress input our order to when it was delivered and I have to say it wasn’t the hottest. My pancakes were barely warm, but the omelette was an appropriate temperature.

What got the 5 star for me was our waitress. She was great with my family, but, her interaction with an elderly couple behind us was what really impressed me.
It was apparent they came in a lot and that she had waited on them many times. From the moment they sat down she made them feel a part of her family.
She knew their names, their food preferences and how they liked their tea.
She hugged them each and spent a few moments just chatting with them. Im old enough to remember when this was commonplace. Its not anymore and thats what made this so much more special to witness.

On 12/8/25 @7:30 pm we came in to be seated in a table for 2 people and nobody showed up after 35 minutes waiting in the front. We saw a man wearing a white no sleeve jacket go side to side on the back of the line before u enter in the back kitchen. We assumed he would approach us but he didn’t. In the whole building only a couple was there. We decided to leave and through the parking lot we saw a waitress approaching that table. People dont come to this location because its waisting your time.

Hannah was absolutely amazing!!! Christmas evening, the place a complete madhouse, overwhelmed and understaffed and she was so cheerful and professional it blew me away! Never in a million years would I have ever considered what it must be like to do what she does in the face of seemingly insurmountable circumstances with such exemplary excellence and even joy! She deserves a raise, better yet, she deserves to be promoted to regional manager to train others on how to provide the same outstanding service that I received! Incredible! I also wanted to mention the black man that was also serving that evening that I’m pretty sure was the manager. I didn’t have any direct dialogue with him, but was also impressed with the way he was handling the extremely challenging circumstances with such resolute serenity, diligence and complete respect for the customer. You’ve got a couple of shooting stars over there and I hope that doesn’t go unnoticed!
