We love it here! We will come back!
Oh and th corn bread was super yummy!
Tonight was the best time and most pleasurable experience for me and the family.
Best comfort and southern food out here in Dublin.
The food is amazing. If you’re accustomed to Southern Style soul food, then you’ll feel right at home here. The food takes a bit of time to get to you which is a good thing because I knew it would come out hot and fresh…indeed it did not disappoint!
My only takeaway as someone who comes from the restaurant industry is customer service. There’s a level of detail that you need when it comes to optics around your customers, and I feel they could use someone in front-of-house that has great energy and is obsessed with paying attention to the tables to make sure every table’s needs are being met.
I HEARD THEY HAD A SUNDAY BRUNCH so far first experience, I give it ◇◇◇
Thank you, Bryce for coming over to my table. You are a very unique young man. There was a picture of him and his mom who is the owner on the wall. The place hit home. They have this beautiful jukebox. Jaming tunes . I’ll give you five stars hands-down.
From the moment we stepped in, the inviting atmosphere and friendly staff set the tone for a delightful evening. The menu boasted a rich variety of soul food classics, each dish promising a taste of tradition. We started with their Fried Chicken Plate, Mac & Cheese, Cornbread and Collard Greens with Smoked Turkey, and the flavors immediately transported me to a place of culinary nostalgia.
The main courses were nothing short of exceptional. The Smothered Oxtail over Rice and Candied Yams were expertly prepared, capturing the essence of soul food with every bite. The attention to detail and the perfect balance of spices showcased the chef’s dedication to authenticity.
What truly stood out was the genuine warmth of the service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our dining experience was not just a meal but a celebration of soulful indulgence. The portions were generous, making it a true feast for the senses.
To top it off, the dessert selection was the perfect finale to an already stellar meal. Naomi’s 7-Up Pound Cake and Nana’s Banana Pudding is the perfect sweet note to end the evening.
In conclusion, Cherie’s Southern Kitchen has truly mastered the art of delivering not just a meal but a soulful experience. Whether you’re a seasoned soul food enthusiast or a newcomer to this culinary delight, this restaurant is a MUST-VISIT in the Tri-Valley. I left with a satisfied palate and a heart full of appreciation for the soulful journey this dining experience provided. Will Definitely be coming back for many more meals.
