My experience was horrible! I asked the drive thru lady nicely about a promotion they had going on then after I ordered, I came up to pay and she had an attitude the whole time and didn’t even want to talk or look my way. She handed the food and I asked her for some napkins but before I could get the sentence out, she shut the window.

Just keep driving. They are slow and will still get your order wrong. Had me park and wait for 10 min just to mess it up. Ordered bacon egg and cheese and got sausage and had to ask for my coffee.

After not listening to my husband dissatisfaction and disappointment at its finest! This place was GREAT when it first opened, now it’s a bunch of kids running back and forth to dunkin hanging out with friends all around the establishment. This is the third time I’ve waited over 35 mins for a meal. This time I even ordered ahead online and still waited 25 mins after arriving while 8 cars passing me with their food. Time before we waited 45 mins inside to eat teens hanging with friends going back and forth between establishments in the building like it’s a game. People actually want jobs these days not these kids. I feel SO bad for the young lady in there she’s always trying to do everything and I’m sure she’s the one who gets all the backlash from the customers because of her slacking co workers. If this is a cooperation just needing “breathing bodies” you got it. Let them waste cooperate money and this business will be gone in no time with the lack of effort of this place. Keep driving better off going the extra few feet to McDonalds. Cheaper, actual FAST food, and their employees give a darn, (and they are kids too! But they actually care about keeping a job) save your time and money. It’s not worth the wait. Time to bring chicken run back in its place!

Monday at 510pm. Not busy. Only ordered chicken sandwich plain 2 for $5 and mozzarella sticks. 4 customers after us recieved their food. Everyone moving in super slow motion. We waited 15 minutes. Cashier was nice but didn’t want to check on our order.
Never again. Shouldn’t have to wait THAT long for original chicken sandwich. Turns out she didn’t put in PLAIN chicken sandwich. Guess I needed lettuce and mayo today. Mozzarella sticks were cold and gross, didn’t look cooked at all. Waste of money.

I just went through the drive thru (5/3/35 @12:45) and the sweetest girl took my order AND served me at the window. She was doing a lot at once but still had time to complement me and check my bag for me. Also food was HOT and ready pretty quick.
