I had to stop coming to this Dunkin’s because of the managers terrible attitude. She will purposely humiliate the employees in front of customers to make it known she’s in charge. The environment is very unpleasant and uncomfortable for customers as well as workers. I hope she can find herself a new job because this one is definitely not for people like her. Very unprofessional and very immature!

I ordered my order threw the mobile order and my coffees are horrible. Has barley any caramel in them. I always put extra because of this reason and they are still horrible. I spent $35 today to have nasty coffees and missing a wrap for my child.

This place needs to do better. I just pulled out with a medium hot latte that was nothing even close to hot. I’d already taken a sip of it after pulling out and was unable to turn around and go back. Their drive-thru line is frustrating many mornings as well.

The manager who works in the morning is absolutely so miserable and rude Everytime you interact with her. We started using another store regularly because of how rude she is, no matter the day, and in a pinch we ran there. She told me to hold on, someone else came on the speaker and asked what I’d like to order, I informed them I had an on the go order for Sara, the girl on the speaker told me to pull up. When I got to the window the manager said “I didn’t get your order, I told you to hold on, not pull up ” I informed her someone else told me to pull up, it was an on the go order and she is the sole reason we don’t go to that Dunkin donuts anymore. She is absolutely miserable and never pleasant or friendly. News flash, lady, if you don’t like your job, find a different one.
One of their employees informed me one morning that she was going to transfer stores because of how miserable this lady is.
Dunkin, you’re failing with her as your store manager. She’s awful. No customer service whatsoever. 0/10 recommend River St due to this manager.
Go the extra mile to main Street or park hill, it’s worth the food customer service.

Whoever has been making coffees lately SUCK. I make mobile orders all the time not hard to read a tag and follow Instructions happening way too frequently. Ordered a coffee today 2/2/24 @12:05 pm get that kid off coffee station have em do something else very disappointing

This Dunkin is the best. I walk there a few days a week because I live close. They are always super friendly. They never get my order wrong. I really want to hype everyone up because I go there all times of the day. These negative reviews make me sad because… SMH…

I’ve never been to a better Dunkin’s. I always have my drink made perfectly and this morning I forgot to order my latte with almond milk so I went back to ask if I could have my drink made again and the woman in the drive thru window was so uncommonly kind and she gave me a free donut even though it was totally my fault that I didn’t order my drink right. I was also having a really tough morning so the gesture lifted my spirits. These people just don’t get enough credit.
