The worst Jimmy John’s experience I’ve ever had. The service was incredibly slow and I ordered ahead thinking they’d have my order ready by the time we got there. They didn’t. The bread was so hard and burnt on the bottom and when I asked for new bread they woman acted like I asked her to make all new sandwiches. She had a disgusting attitude.

Very horrible service . We ordered an club lulu unwhich. My wife selected this from online menu. I brought it home and it was made wrong. She called back and the manager Chloe Brock agreed to have one delivered. An hour later still no food. So we called back the manager said it was delivered and was just left outside our door on the ground. No knock on the door just left the food on the ground. Well i go to the door and there’s no food and my wife is still on the phone with her. Manager agreed for credit but I doubt if will ever use it.

The club Lulu is my son’s favorite sandwich from Jimmy John’s. He would eat it every day if he could. And this visit he loved it so much he actually and 2 sandwiches. The staff was wonderfully helpful.

The standards here are quite poor:

1. Often employees will touch their POS and then go to make sandwiches with the same pair of gloves.

2. I’m not certain of the reading level of the staff, NO LETTUCE is often on my receipts, yet lettuce magically appears on my sandwich.

3. I prefer delivery from Jimmy John employees, but at times they will use third-party (e.g., Uber Eats.) which I never use because of how awful the experiences have been. The most recent was I ordered a hot sub from JJ’s and the driver picked it up (confirmed by manager) but didn’t acknowledge the pick-up until he went to BWs to pick up another order. Delaying our delivery by almost 15 minutes.

Can’t wait for my automated reply to fill out feedback on their website.

I wanted to wait to make this review

I came through the first time and ordered on the app. It was a super complicated order for my pregnant girly.

Honestly, they messed up the first time, but I called and I immediately spoke with the manager and she apologized profusely and said that she would make sure that it’s fixed. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt so I came back the next night.

Did it again and ordered a super Complicated order and they got everything correct and did it super fast plus the staff was nice
