My daughter and I dont eat out or really eat fast food I mean, but we love to come here! Other pizza places, workers and establishment/environment have made us feel unwelcome, rushed etc. Pizza hut does not! They are sure to let you in on deals and holiday specials, they create fun art for the kids to color, they make it exciting to come here. My daughter is a pizza fanatic and we WILL be using this store as our GO TO! Ps DREW IS SO SWEET! He gave my daughter a sticker and was so kind and talkative, which we loved very much made our night thank you!

Pizza is pretty good but fries tasted like old grease and very hard like they have been sitting out and recooked. This place is consistently inconsistent when it comes to quality. Pizza good this time but fries are disgusting, last time pizza was burned bad.

I used to order from here a good bit but the last 3 to 4 times I’ve been hungry and haven’t had the time to either make food myself or go get it gave Pizza Hut a wasted chance at redemption. Pizza and bread sticks are both burnt pizza sauce seems to be the main ingredient and cheese is just piled on a few spots but bare mostly everywhere else. The bread sticks are cold, super dry and definitely not fresh. The cinnabon are also really cold and doughy. $33 plus tipping the delivery driver makes this a huge waste of money.

Ordered pizza, cheese sticks, and 4 sodas and costs $43. Pizza delivery was over 30 minutes late. When it arrived my pizza was cold and had a very weird taste to it, cheese sticks were cold and sodas were not the selection I made. It was awful! I’ve tried to call the store but was placed on hold and no one ever answered. I will not be ordering Pizza Hut anymore! Just praying that the weird taste of the pizza doesn’t make anyone sick.

There is a new guy that has been working there recently that needs to find a new job. He is a nice man, but he CANNOT do the job. They send delivery orders to Uber Eats and DoorDash, but we get there to pick them up and they haven’t even started the order yet. He always claims that he’s the only one there, like it’s not the norm. When the other guys are there and they are alone, there is no problem. We are talking 2pm on a Wednesday, it’s not even busy and the man cannot keep up. He cannot do two things at once. The pizzas should be in the oven. You can’t start to make a pizza 20 mins after it comes in. Uber Eats and DoorDash drivers are gonna stop accepting orders from this restaurant if they don’t do something quick. Being that we are your delivery drivers, I would suggest fixing it. Like I said, very nice man but he is not cut out for the job.

The Pizza Hut in Denver NC has been my local franchise for almost 10 years. They used to be great but our last two orders have been terrible. The pizza was so dry it reminded me of the turkey jerky the family ate in Christmas Vacation.

Out of the 3 times that I have ordered the tavern pesto pizza, only once has it actually had the pesto on it. I am on hold (while writing this) for 10 min and have had no one pick up the phone. We eat here at least once month. This is ridiculous.

I ordered 2extra large New York style pizzas. I picked them up and didnt look at them before I left, which was the mistake i made. When i opened the pizza with the 1/2 bacon & sausage i couldn’t separate the pizza from the box because it was so mushy it was impossible to pick up. Even after getting part of it off the wax paper and trying to eat it, the mushy texture kept me from eating. The plain pizza wasnt as bad but it was mushy as well. So disappointed and all of the times ive eaten pizza hut over the years this is undoubtedly the worst. Wast of $30.00 and just a horrible experience!!!
