I’ve had so many issues here. Barely filled tacos, skimpy portions in general, missing items, overly salted food, staff that seems inconvenienced by your presence, waiting over 20 minutes past my schedule pick up time. This place is a nightmare and don’t even try getting in contact with their customer support people. The only reason I’m giving 2 stars instead of one is because sometimes the food has been bomb but its always a gamble. I’ve just never had so many issues so consistently at any fast food place. It seems like no one is trained properly or maybe they just don’t care? Just go to a walk in chipotle instead and save yourself the hastle and money.

I ordered a bowl and a burrito (see photos). The bowl was mostly rice with a vague memory of protein, and the “burrito” looked like something you’d get as a sample, not a full-priced item.
For what Chipotle charges, this is actually impressive — impressive portion control… on the restaurant’s end. Quality control was nonexistent. Very disappointing.

This place is great and the food is always on point. I wish there was a place to leave a review for DoorDash though. DoorDash is TERRIBLE. They do not take responsibility for their drivers. I just ordered food from the Chipotle App, and the dasher picked up my food, rolled into my parking lot, marked my food as delivered, and then sped off! DoorDash STOLE MY ORDER. Chipotle was great in issuing me a refund, and Chipotle gets 5 Stars, but DoorDash get -5 Stars. If you get the dasher “Cindy” request another driver, she will steal your food.

Her customer service, kindness, the food, everything included & more! The quickness to get my order ready last second, She is wonderful! Made my day! What a wonderful place I will continue to visit! Thank you to that amazing manager running that store!

I generally find the food to be better from the Digital Kitchen than if I am picking up from a Chipotle restaurant. In this case, the Cuyahoga Falls location does pretty well. However, I really find it silly that the workers put cold soda bottles in the same bag as warm food. The burritos are half cold and the soda is not as cold as it should be. I mean, it’s not rocket science. I don’t think I need to go into the solutions because they’re pretty obvious. Most obvious is to not put cold beverages laying on top of warm food. Do better.

The little awning over the pickup window funnels rain off the roof and right in your car window. Got soaked picking up my order. Had my window down for less than 45 seconds call the person read off my order then handed me the bag.

This location used to be the BEST. Idk what has happened but it is absolutely ridiculous how much this place has gone downhill. The portion sizes are just pathetic. I used to get the barbacoa bowl with black beans and rice but after 2 orders that barely filled half the bowl I switched over to tacos…. and they are just as skimpy. When I am paying over 3$ a taco I expect it to be full. THIS is what I got! I will not be going back. The food is just as delicious, I can’t deny that. But spending 40$ for half filled bowls and tacos is just not something I am willing to do!

Always great food! Easy pick up lane. So tasty! Fairly cheap for the amount of food that you get, especially with how expensive take out is now. Always fresh. Friendly staff. Pick up is easy to order online.

This used to be the only Chipotle location I would go to when it first opened, but it has gone significantly down hill. The employees are not as friendly as they used to be, but mainly the quality is not there at all. The portion sizes are absolutely ridiculous. When you pay $15 for a bowl/burrito, you expect it to be full. The last time I ordered from there was defiantly the last.. My bowl was not even half full… I even pay for extra rice, so there’s no excuse for this. It’s just pure laziness. I submitted the issue to through the store, and no one even bothered to get back to me. I can definitely see how this location now only has a 2.5 star rating. These portion sizes are unacceptable when you paying as much as it costs.

Delivery drivers are often made to wait forever. You can ring the bell at the pickup window multiple times and be ignored, yet employees always seem to be fooling around. Both Chipotles in the Falls are very mismanaged. And the last time I got a bowl from this location it was ice cold – despite ordering online from across the street!
