I place an order on the app, I had a simple ham sandwich, nothing too special. I put that I wanted lettuce, green peppers, and pickles. Tell me why they chose to put tomatoes on my sandwich when i only wanted the simple lettuce, green peppers, and pickles. This isn’t the first time that this location has turned out like this. If I could I would give no stars!!! They couldn’t complete my order, was still charged, and the manager acts like you’re crazy if you go in upset 11 days later when you still haven’t gotten your money back. Don’t waste your time. Go somewhere else.

The girls are great in there. I did notice a heavy set girl on the phone while the others were working. They asked her to get busy several times. When I asked about her I was told she hides in a no camera spot and does it most of her shift. Otherwise it was a great experience. Food was fresh

Bought a meatball sandwich to go and got to my house and it was cold. I live a few blocks away so I went back up to get a refund and they said they didn’t know how to do that. So I talked with them for a few minutes about how to resolve this situation. Amber seemed to be in charge and she told me I could come back tomorrow for a refund when someone who knows what they were doing was in. That’s not gonna work for me! Amber needs more training if she’s gonna act like the boss. At least the guy working said to call the boss and try to resolve the situation. The 2 girls, the older lady and Amber said she would be asleep and there was no point to call and that the cold sandwich was “my problem”. Wow!
I’m glad I’m learning patience because the old me would have took that sandwich and throw it against the wall. The new me is just going to leave this comment so maybe their boss can wake up and deal with them. Especially Amber, she’s really rude.

Walked in with my lady, we were the only ones there at 2 in the afternoon and the lady behind the counter didn’t even acknowledge our presence. Stood at the counter for a few minutes before she finally greeted us. My lady gave her order, and immediately the woman started making the wrong sandwich. Overall, one of the worst experiences at any Subway but hey, it’s 2023 and that’s just the fast food is now, right?

They don’t take $50 or $100 because of the risk of it being counterfeit. So they will make your food, you will attempt to pay with real money and then they will refuse to give you the food and either save it for their boyfriend who was sitting in the lobby, themselves or trash it ♀️. Thanks to the nice lady In line behind me who offered to give me change for my $50 so that my 9 year old and I could eat our dinner. Although they didn’t deserve my money at all at that point.
