This Philly Cheesesteak Pizza is one of the only things I order. Tried to order one today, said that’s what I was getting to delivery and it somehow reverted back to my last order. That was a “free pizza” from my points. Initially I ordered it for pickup, got to the location and they said they didn’t have my order, which I showed them right on my phone and it took my points for it. The guy at the counter told me that’s just too bad, get with corporate about it. I had to go home, order for delivery and pay for delivery. It tastes horrible and tastes horrible again today. Aside from delightful delivery drivers…Customer service at this location is VERY rude. And any pizza other than the Philly here isn’t good. LOOK at the difference in the pictures. The first one I was thrilled with and it was delicious.

I ordered extra mushrooms… I politely mentioned to the girl who gave me my pick up order that there was not extra mushrooms. Some lady snapped YES WE DID. So I said no you didn’t and no reason to be rude.
Also I ordered jalapeños on half the pizza… everything they basically put on one side as you can see from the picture.
That lady does NOT need to be in customer service.

Domino’s Pizza thank you for your horrible customer service and cussing us! We just wasted an hour on yall because of your inability to deliver on your customer service. It’s not the customers fault that your company can’t fix a card reader since March. Then when your manager is questioned, she becomes irrational and tells that when she see’s our name they’ll just hang up or delete the order. She even talked to us like we are trash!! Great job!!

Called ahead on a mobile order and requested that they brown the cheese. Over the phone they said they were too busy. When we got there had like 3 employees stocking the fridge and the manager refused the brown the cheese on the order at all but claimed he did.

Ordered a pizza thru Uber eats, called to adjust the address. Whoever answered the phone was very rude, told me the address didn’t exist and all he could do was cancel it. I asked if he could just tell the uber driver that it’s on XX Drive and not XX Street and he said “nope.” I said ok I guess please cancel, so I hear him type something then he just hangs up on me.

I drive a truck. Park here at mountain grove Walmart when I drive thru. . Wondering why they couldnt deliver a 55$ order to the parking lot. Any where else I’ve been in this country. I could always get a pizza delivered.

I have never been so talked down to in my entire life! These guys are extremely rude! We drove 17 minutes to pick up our pizzas we ordered online. We get there and a sign says they can’t take a card. So crud, we have to drive back home and get the right card that we can pull cash out of. We asked the manager if they could remake them so they didn’t sit in the warmer for over an hour. He agreed. When I got there he said his boss said he couldn’t. His boss was a very rude woman who was talking down to me and being very rude and disrespectful. The two women I spoke with were so rude and gave me dirty looks for wanting fresh food. Saying its my fault because I should have known. Didn’t try to correct their problem on their end at all. I will never be back to this location. I am so upset about how I was treated I want to cry! I will be contacting corporate to inform them of the people who work at this location. By far the worst customer experience I have ever received. Im not a Karen and I usually let things go. I was willing to overlook the fact no one called to let me know that they can only take cash. I feel like they must be trying to hide something from the government and dont want to pay all their taxes. Why eles would they not be able to take a card at a franchise. Something very sketchy is happening at this location. Needless to say I wasn’t going to give my husband’s hard earned money to this establishment after I had been lied to, talked down to and not offered any way to make it up to us. This establishment has changed my view of humanity. If this is how they treat customers I wonder how they treat each other. I hate to speak up when my order is wrong or something happens and then I finally do and this is how I was treated. I have so much anxiety from this that I now have a panic attack… and all because I wanted fresh food…
