Discovered this gem a few years ago, and we love it. It’s great to be able to enjoy New Orleans staples in Sonoma county.
There is usually a line, but it’s worth the wait. A bit on the expensive side, but easy to overlook when you consider the experience. We’ve never had a bad table, and the service is always top notch and friendly.
Shrimp Po’ boys, gumbo, beignets … they offer many staples from the Big Easy. The one thing I wish they’d make is : etoufee,-It’s exclusion is my only disappointment, but I’ll live.
Will come again and again

Really like this restaurant that serves southern food in healdsburg, we each got po boy sandwiches which I thought were very tasty with good quality ingredients.Lots of items on the menu you can’t get other restaurants. Gumbo, grits.

I’m from Louisiana and find the food at The Parish Cafe to be as good as anything I world find there. In particular, I love the fried shrimp poboy and the Beignets with cafe au lait

Worked in LA and have had a lot of creole food and this is one of the best creole I have had on the West Coast. The cold smoked salmon Benedict was excellent. The blackened shrimp and grits was authentic as were the eggs Sandy. Definitely my go to NOLA brunch in the North Bay.

I have been about 5 times to NOLA & Louisiana and this place is 99% of what I got at the best places in NOLA. Much better than Angeline in Berkeley or other East Bay options. We had the Gumbo (delicious), the Beignets (amazing), the Shrimps & Grits as well as the Hush Puppies. Only this last item was good but not great. Go for it! Also reserve a table if you go on a weekend as the place is quite popular.

We went to have a birthday lunch and had a bunch of different items from the menu. The fried pickles were amazing. The server was super helpful and checked in with us throughout our lunch. I would highly recommend this place.

Best Cajun food I’ve had in California for sure. They’re able to keep the flavors of New Orleans while using more elevated cooking techniques. To me this tasted like new Orleans but lighter. I feel like this was especially true of the beignet. It was very light and didn’t taste too much of oil like some can. The staff was lovely and service was prompt and friendly. Definitely a home town vibe! My main course was the crab and eggs Benedict and it was really good. Eggs were perfectly cooked and the crab goes well with the hollandaise. Coffee came in a cup the size of my head.

Loved this spot! Best beignet I’ve ever had. Great Louisiana café. Loved the sausage and grits. My wife and I both had a play on a Benedict that was phenomenal. Hers was made with artichoke carts and mine was on a baguette with shrimp. Very good.
