Tried to order from app at 7:30 on my way home. The drive through was full. I completed my order tried to enter my payment and it told me something went wrong several times… so I went inside. There were serval people inside waiting inline. When I entered one gentleman stated he had been waiting a long time. I responded with the app is not working. He stated neither are these people. At that point several employees came out on their phones or looking like they just woke up from a nap.. I understand this is fast food but do your jobs.. this is ridiculous. Won’t come back here again.

The service was quick after placing my mobile order, which made the visit efficient. The cleanliness of the dining area has improved, though there were no condiments available for guests. I also noticed a highly tattered American flag outside that really needs replacement. Overall, it was a good experience, but a few environmental updates would help bring this location up to a top‑tier standard.

Stopped on my way home last night because I was hungry, and really didn’t feel like cooking anything. I get home take a bite of my burger and think to myself “man, that’s pretty cold, must’ve been sitting for a while” which is whatever, I don’t have high expectations. I pick the burger up to take another bite and realize the reason it was so cold, is because its raw. I hope this is one of the locations they close, in hopes of getting something better to replace it

I was excited to see there was a Wendy’s next to my job because I’ve always liked the food there. After visiting this one im upset I was given a gift card to this chain restaurant. Every time I give them another chance I am let down. I dont write reviews, this may even be my first one written. The fries i got from my last visit were soggy and not even warm. I’ve been there before where they dont even answer the drive through and I pull up to the window and they act like im the crazy one. The cashiers cant even apply my code from the app! These guys stink foreal!

We showed up during a blizzard and they wouldn’t let us in. Made us walk through the drive through and I now have frost bite. We the. Ordered and received a melted frosty, cold fries, and the burger bun was ice cold. This is below a one star review and I wish I could give it less. Do better Wendy’s.

Its a Wendy’s. The Wendy’s food here is well prepared. The service is good and people are friendly. Seam happer than most FF workers in our area. Clean. And since the pandemic is passed, they seam to always have everything in atock. Great FF. Good Wendy’s.

I had gone through the Drive Thru off a wim, mainly because I hadn’t had Wendy’s in a while, ordered a Baconator and Spicy Nuggets. The Employees that were there seemed like they would rather be anywhere else and didn’t really care, which was evident when I go to have my burger and not only was it not the one I ordered but the patties were raw. Y’all need to do something about this!!!!!

I haven’t been to this Wendy’s location in almost 8 years. Complete dump. Food looked like it was made inside of s tornado. Thrown together and at room temperature. Disgusting. Id rather starve then go back.
