Manager is very disrespectful call back to tell her that my coffee top was dirty and my coffee was not fresh. She cursed me hung up on me and told me don’t come back because they make fresh coffee every morning.. not only that the place has horrible customer service they don’t wash their hands after touching money they just touch the food. That’s a lot of cross contamination money carries a lot of germs store manager gets upset if you ask them to change gloves before touching food. sad I will be doing a better business bureau report as well

I asked for extra Cream cheese , was charged for it and this is what I received . This is a joke . It’s as if they purposely did it . Cause before I left the drive thru I asked a second time if there was extra cream cheese and he said yes. If they want to make things right they should offer me one for free but done the right way like I asked. But till then they lost my business I lantana. And I buy stuff there every morning from Mondays thru Friday . I actually got this Sat .

This is my regular Dunkin run stop in the morning. The staff here goes above and beyond to provide great customer service. They handle many customers and still provide great service. Food is always good. The manager always asks my son if he wants a free donut, so nice.

The manager/ cashier was not paying attention to my order. Even after I told him after he rang up my order. I received a black coffee no creamer on the side after they gave my order to a different customer. I watch them keep the coffee, after the customer slipped out of it. they just kept it next to the coffee machine and not throw it away I even told them. Sad! Never had this happen.

I go to Dunkin every morning to get a coffee or else I cannot function, however, I would never come to this Dunkin’ Donuts if my life depended on it. The worst service organization, disaster of a location and functionality I have ever witnessed anywhere. Complete dumpster fire
