Employees stare at people in line and won’t drive them. Food was cold. One employee had her little kids left alone in dining area running around screaming and touching everything. And now Krystal’s charges a fee to buy their food. Won’t. E back.

It took forever to get our order. When we did finally get it, there was a hair on one of the burgers and two of them were made wrong despite all 4 being ordered the same way. It literally took 7 times to get those same 4 burgers correct and our 3 chiks were still wrong. We didn’t receive a receipt after ordering. It appeared as though everyone was in the back talking and not helping the girl at the counter who was getting confused. Compound this with the women’s restroom not having any toilet paper in either stall and one actually missing its entire door.

I hadn’t eaten at Krystal’s before but my Pop suggested we go. Coffee was fresh and when you order your eggs they cook them fresh. My over-easy eggs were cooked perfectly. Our order came out really fast and the employees were happy and helpful. We are going to go back and try their famous burgers next time we go out.

I like crystals. That’s why the food gets support. Doesn’t guarantee everybody likes crystals. The service was excellent. Cree was a delight to deal with. And if we could we’d go back but it’s not in our home area.

I hadn’t had a Krystal in several years and stopped at the one in Troy, AL. on my way back from FL.. I was looking forward to it, but first of all, there was no ice so that meant no soft drinks or tea. Then, not even bottled water, so that meant I would have to make another stop to get something to drink. The buns were wet on the edges like they had to defrost them or something. I hope Krystal can do better in the future; I would love to go back!

No ice? In Alabama? During summer? Also why is the dining room have no a/c? No matter how hard i tried the employees wouldn’t even smile. I run and own several small businesses dealing with customer service and the management team at this one should be fired and replaced with those who care or at least try. Sad reality, I was excited to eat Krystals until I actually came in.. Do better!

I just went to Krystal’s they used to have the best chili. Well I was feeling under the weather and went and purchased two cups. It was so peppery it horrible. It went straight into the garbage. I just knew it was going to be delicious like it used to. Nope

Early morning breakfast and order a sunriser and the chicken waffle biscuit….sunriser was mush and at 7am the lady said 12 minutes for the chicken… how should I need to wait this long for something that is on your breakfast menu. waffle chicken biscuit was just ok. I wasn’t impressed.
