We found this to be the best one we’ve visited here! Their drive thru’ and Mobile drive thru lanes are wider so easier to navigate thru.
Their dining area is a tad smaller than the others on Lake Forest and the other at junction of Hwy 380 , but they more than make up for it by their stellar customer service!
Not only is the service with a genuine smile but Patti (specially mention and thank you) for having that wonderful conversation as sat eating our meal) and her other colleague come regularly around checking on customers if they needed anything.
What a wonderful experience we had of their customer service!!
The place is quiet and comfy and kept neat and tidy as well!
The meals too were cooked and served correctly and piping hot!
We plan to make this our regular branch to come and have our meals !

As always we got seated and then placed a mobile order for a dine-in , noting our table #, when ordering.
Such a convenience!
Apart from the egg white grill, the stage egg & biscuit sandwich was the freshest and ratios biscuit we’ve had @CFA.
And the coffee was so refreshing as well!
This branch consistently outperforms itself. While cost cutting was evident , no utensils no sauce available to take their service remains the best!
Ambience too is appealing with no morning crowd/rush

Fantastic service, spotless and just has a different feel. Its almost like they have a waitstaff with the employees coming around to see if you need anything. I dont think I even know where their trashcans are located because I’ve never had a chance to take my own trash.

I tried to report this as a food quality issue, but there doesn’t seem to be an appropriate option to report potential food poisoning through their support system. That lack of response and accountability is very disappointing.
Food safety should be taken seriously. Based on our experience, I would recommend being cautious with this location.
The older lady, who I believe was wearing a sweater and had brown hair, and was handing out food, was a bit rude. Her tone was “friendly” but seemed off. The look in her eyes seemed annoyed. She cut me off as I was telling her to have a blessed night and did not say thank you. She rushed off as if I were a bother. When I was waiting for someone to acknowledge me. You can see her side-eyeing my car. She was nice, talkative, and waited for other guests to finish speaking before walking off. Just curious as to why I didn’t receive this type of service. I’m aware of managers emailing and giving the description of my car due to my past review at another location. I understand all the tactics and see a pattern.
After working 17 hours, I just want my order made right the first time and someone to be apologetic for the inconvenience. Going forward, I will be documenting every experience and reporting to corporate if needed.. I seem to be having too many people messing up my order at each location I go to and it’s becoming concerning. God bless.
Additionally, in my many years of traveling. I’ve never once been charged for water. I usually try to buy fries but really I’m just getting water. Everytime I’d do that, I was told you can just get water … it’s free. So started doing that and never have I been charged until today. And the guy (manager) basically said yeah that’s just how it is at this location if you don’t order anything else and walked off. But another employee validated my response saying that was the first time she heard of it not being free either…
Anywho… if corporate reads this please do better and communicate to all employees because obviously there is a disconnect in communication and it was wild the shift manager didn’t acknowledge that.. I’m not upset about the charge fee, its the poor customer service which chickfila use to be known for being exceptional in, which was lacking that shocked me.
Will never eat there again, too uncomfortable.
