The stake was very rare. Got its taco kids meals and they didn’t have soft shells. Cool they gave them 1 full sized burrito tortilla. Then gave half scoop meat (didn’t even fill the serving size on the plate half way). Ask for more and they made it clear they were not happy about the request. Gave half portions for all the sides. The chips that came with the kids meals only had 3 chips and a few crumbs in the bags. They were out of 3 of the 8 fountain drinks and 1 of the other drinks on the side with the others left low.

This place is a ripoff. Barely any meat in a $14 burrito. 2 burritos $28. Can eat at Chili’s for the same price with better food, pricing and atmosphere. Won’t go back. Save you time and money and go somewhere else.

Have had so many issues with this location it’s too much to type. Blonde girl at the counter needs to be trained. Also, how can you open at 10:45 and have a 10 minute wait on both types of beans? I think there isn’t a manager at this location most of the time. Good luck

This place is very disrespectful specially, the manager! I came up to her an ask her that the meat was cold an not cooked well a she look at me a she seem mad she didn’t want to help me with my service I was expecting her to telling me don’t worry I’ll get you another plate ?but that was the last thing in her mind getting me another plate and fixing the issue she made my plate very small was rushing through the portions And then the (cook )comes and says I can burn the meat for you like really on Saturday Having to see unorganized people very disrespectful If you can’t do your job, stay home

Phenomenal,phenomenal experience. I consider myself a Chipotle connoisseur and I can confidently say that the experience I had at this Chipotle was one I will remember for an eternity. From the food, to the clean bathroom, I was left feeling satisfied in every way. Cruz is an impeccable serviceman. He is the foundation on which this Chipotle stands. He runs the line like I’ve never seen before. With efficiency, swiftness, and most important quality, he embodies what it looks like to serve people well. I rest my case, Cruz and this Chipotle must be recognized.

I’d understand if I was trying to get food 5-10 minutes before close and being told no they can’t serve me but I was there 30 minutes before close. Doors were locked and when I went to the drive through I was just ignored. I won’t be coming back unless it’s mid day.

the staff took 5 minutes to greet us before even starting to make our food. there were over 3 people working and we were the only ones in line. the staff charged us $30 for two burritos because one was quote, “hefty”. had no chips, no cheese, but still offered chips even though they didn’t have any. so incredibly rude. very disappointed because most Chipotle locations are fantastic. also made our burritos two completely different sizes.
