All new! I drove by this Denny’s on Eastex Freeway and FM 1960 Business Route several times and just noticed it was m remodeled. So fresh. Kudos to the staff. We felt very welcomed and enjoyed our food.
Food was good at midnight. We loved our T-bone Dinner and Salted Caramel Pancake Breakfast Combo.

I’m writing this because the experience my wife and I had at this Denny’s was honestly unacceptable from start to finish.
First, my wife tried calling in our order multiple times, but nobody ever answered the phone. We ended up having to place the order online just to avoid waiting inside — but even that didn’t help.
When we picked up the food, both of our burgers were completely wrong. Everything we didn’t want was put on them, and everything we actually ordered was missing. One of the burgers was supposed to be a double patty, and it literally only came with one. On top of that, the hash browns were burnt and not even edible. For how much we paid, this is ridiculous.
The customer service wasn’t any better. When I walked in to pick up the order, the ladies up front avoided me as long as possible. They didn’t greet me, didn’t acknowledge me, and instead made excuses like “she’s making your drinks” — even though the order did NOT include a drink. Instead of helping me, they seemed more focused on avoiding interaction.
I also asked had silverware, and an employee took it and then walked off without replacing it or helping in any way. Just completely unprofessional behavior all around.
Between the unanswered phone calls, messed-up food, missing patty, burnt hash browns, and lack of customer service, this entire experience was beyond disappointing. I don’t know if the manager was there, but the staff clearly needs to be retrained in both food preparation and basic customer service. This shouldn’t be happening — especially not for the prices they charge and for how empty the restaurant was…. There was only one table with a family 3.
I hope the owner takes this seriously, because this location needs major improvement.

So we gave this place a shot after the remodel, and we were not disappointed. Very clean restaurant, Food was amazing-piping hot, and service was incredible. Rosa provided the absolute best service I have received in a restaurant in a long time. She was engaging and welcoming. Checked on us occasionally without being overwhelming. Rosa is a superstar at this location and we will definitely be back.

My waiter today was Juan, he was so helpful and attentive. Because of him, we both tried something new and loved it. It was the Ultimate Omelet, and it was so amazing! So savory and fresh, and a big plate too. We will definitely be coming back! Thank you Juan!

RACTOR TRAILER PARKING behind building…..Yay! Corell was our server and he took care of us and followed through. The food was hot and fresh and although some selections were not available our experience would cause us to return. The dining room we were in was very well kept. Recommended! ( and….easier parking than (tiny) truckstop lot across street.)

I wanted some breakfast that was quick and delicious. Denny’s didn’t disappoint me. The french toast was yummy. We had GREAT service, from our server, he was attentive and he made sure we had everything we needed.

This Dennys was very homey, good atmosphere, and very lovely food! The service was amazing, come check out and ask for Rosa and Kacy, lovely people! They remade my stake and had a very lovely attitude while doing so, made me feel very very appreciative! Decent pricing here as well!
