On 10/22 I got a disgusting hair in my fries along with a chunk of lint. Within an hour after ordering the food, called the number on my receipt to report the hair and was told I could receive a call from management within 24 to 48 hours. It has been a full week since then and I have received no correspondence of any kind, by email, phone or otherwise. So for future reference: if anything happens to your food, there is likely nobody going to call you back.

It’s a fast food chicken sandwich place so the atmosphere is not anything special. The food is good. Nice lunch options but not something I would want every day it’s the people who make the difference. Other fast food restaurants are hit and miss. When I find a good place I shout it out but I could go to another chain and it’s different from day to day. Not at Chick Fil A. The service is always great. Always

This Chick-fil-A provides fast service and good value. They have a kid indoor playground, plenty of seating, and 2 lanes for drive through. When the drive through lines wrap the building, you can expect a 15+ minute wait and process before you see your food, which is faster than some other fast food places with similar customer count. (It would be nice if busy drive throughs like this had a real-time sign indicating expected wait time.)

Nothing about this chick fil a is worth the effort. The location is abysmal, so you’re stuck waiting at traffic lights for ten minutes before you can even get to the line. Then it’s a 25 minute wait with no option to do mobile thru or pick up an online order inside. They really should have a warning with online orders if the location has a long wait time. The food quality was good like any chick fil a, but no fast food is worth a half hour wait.

I used to go to this location twice a week for lunch and buy my friends and co-works lunch or sometime an occasional dinner. Loved Chic Fil-a. Unfortunately with a sad heart. During my annual Veterans Day with my brothers and friends as we were Vet-Hoping around to the restaurants celebrating Veterans Day. A female manager told me that this “Monroeville” location does not support the military and is no longer participating in Veteran Day freebies.

So, I say to you… Monroeville Chic Fil-A, it hurts to have to say goodbye. I can not and will not spend money or energy supporting you everyday if you can’t even support me for just 1 day.

I support your Constitutional Right to your opinion. But, I also have the right to mine and where I choose to spend my money. It isn’t with a business who doesn’t understand the blood, sweat and tears for years people sacrifice for your business to be allowed to even exist.

I placed my order online and still had to wait in the long line as if I pulled up through the drive-thru; also very difficult to get to the line. I got the 8 piece grilled nuggets and couldn’t believe this tiny piece amounted to a piece. The girl that handed me my food never said thank you. This Chick Fil A has gone done from the quick attentive customer service and value for what you pay for that it used to be.

My family was served a delicious Classic Chicken Sandwich, Chicken Tenders and Grilled Chicken Nuggets marinated with a smoky flavor; crispy waffle fries and the natural lemonade, frosted lemonade, frosted Dr Pepper were all tasty and refreshing. Also the Macoroni and Cheese was cheesy and flavorful!

love the chicken noodle soup and spicy deluxe sandwich. i am not fan of the waffle fries. i hope one day there will be regular fries option available. the place was always busy but the service is fast.
