I have never *not tipped* until tonight. I’ve been here quite a bit, and always had good service until this evening.
We sat for about 50 mins after ordering. Didn’t complain because I just thought they had a bad night. Steaks came, one was cold. They knew about it but I told them not to worry about making a new one or heating it up like they suggested. The manager came out, my s/o thought it was the waitress so he asked for butter. She said she was the manager and asked what we wanted to do so I just told her it was fine. We were there over an hour and never got refills even after asking for them. (S/o got one after I flagged the waitress down right before we left,) We asked for extra butter from the beginning, that didn’t happen.. even after he accidentally ask the manager for butter, I guess she didn’t relay the message.
But really we were just sat in the corner to be forgot about. The waitress was nice in how she spoke, but that only goes so far when the rest of the service is bad, & you get a bill for almost $94 for an onion, 2 steaks (1 cold/1 overcooked), & dry potatoes.

Went to eat at our Longhorn near us and had an awesome experience. Our server Gina B was working her first week there but you couldn’t tell. She did great. The food was absolutely delicious and prepared perfectly. Also, you have to check out their new Parmesan crusted cheese fries; it’s new and probably one of the best appetizers out there anywhere. Please pass this along to the staff and especially Gina B. Everyone else: Check ’em out-

We waited almost an hour for our food due to the bakery bal team that came in week after we did bit they were being catered to over other patrons that were already in the restaurant. My wife and I were in Asheville for a three-day vacation, and of all the places we ate, I have to say this was the best. Although we arrived a little late, we were greeted very warmly. I want to especially commend Mr. Kevin Healey for his excellent service. He was very friendly, engaging, and attentive to every detail. Truly, people like Mr. Healey are what make a customer’s visit so enjoyable. We congratulate him on his attentiveness and great professionalism.

Went there with my parents service dog and had some resentful bartender try to play manager and went off about how we “couldn’t have it drink and it has to be under the table etc” we obviously weren’t planning on feeding them but we just got back from the vet and learned the dog had bad kidney issues and infection without constant water would potentially die. Even more shocking when we told our waitress the dogs condition it was treated as no big deal like she wasn’t even listening or didn’t grasp the severity of the words said to her. Never once had this issue in any other restaurant, even feeding wasn’t a problem and staff were very accommodating and kind bringing their own bowls and food etc.

I recently visited Asheville, NC and had dinner at the only Longhorn in Asheville. At dinner this explained why the restaurant was packed. The service was great but my meal with shrimps was under cooked. I returned the next day for lunch. Although the service the previous was very good. The next day service lacked luster. While eating lunch, a staff member began vacuuming around my table which dust around me. I could tell this was a normal occurrence. I requested the manager but he never responded. Asheville, NC is a beautiful place with various activities and cultures. I met very polite residents while visiting local grocery & retail stores. But when you are looking for a more authentic dining experience, search for your mom & pop restaurant instead of the one and only name brand restaurant. You will be pleasantly surprised!

Incredibly long wait. We even called ahead due to our large party. Busy nights are not the night to take a large group. Not the restaurant’s fault. But it may be necessary to dig deep and find patience.
The food was delicious. Our servers were great especially given the table of hangry folks. The food was spot on. Exactly as described and tasty. Enjoyed everything we ordered. The grilled shrimp were seasoned perfect. My salad was cold and the ingredients fresh. The best part was the strawberry shortcake. Holy cheeseballs, would wait all day for that!
Found a piece of Saran wrap in my uncle’s food but the server and manager handled quickly and efficiently. And let’s face it, things like that are going to happen in a restaurant. I am 100% certain it was across the grilled onions and in the warmer and when it was pulled off to be put at the line it ended up in there. The response of staff was perfect and as it should be.
The only complaint is that the restaurant is simply not big enough to serve the volume of people that were trying to eat there.

Love the combo Flo’s Filet and Bourbon Salmon. For dessert you can’t beat the delicious Chocolate Stampede. Had to get the dessert to go because we were to full from dinner.
