I was traveling from Williamsburg, VA to Washington, DC with my son when we stopped at your restaurant after seeing the Chick-fil-A sign from the highway. We placed our order in the drive-thru without any issue, but when we reached the window to pick up our food, we were asked to park in a drive-thru parking spot.
That was concerning because I specifically used the drive-thru to keep the trip quick and convenient. After parking, we waited over 20 minutes for our food while watching several cars that ordered after us receive their meals and leave before us. It felt like we were forgotten about.
I’ve always appreciated Chick-fil-A’s fast, friendly service, so this experience was disappointing and far below the standard I’ve come to expect. I wanted to bring it to your attention so it can be addressed.

Prior to submitting this review, I directly contacted Chick-fil-A via email. I received a return call within a few days but was unable to answer due to work commitments. I subsequently called back and left a voicemail with my contact information, but I have yet to receive a response, and it has been nearly a week. This experience suggests a consistent lack of service quality across all levels.
