Avocado tomato bacon an egg bagel is a total disappointment. If you’re considering ordering the sandwich I wouldn’t even bother. If you think you might like to have avocado you’re going to be so disappointed. Compared to their beautiful picture I expected to at least have avocado that covered the top of the bagel. This is the saddest thing I’ve ever seen. I expected better from such a renowned chain. This is not a good value for your money. The whole highlight of this is I did pay extra to get the bagel that had the chili’s in it. I’ll definitely consider twice before ordering here again.

Went through the drive thru and the pretzel dipper wasn’t even warm. It was almost like it had been sitting out for hours and then packaged up. The beer cheese smear and mustard were good but I was expecting them to be warm too but they were cold. As a first timer going, I probably won’t be back.

Loved loved loved the place. Absolutely amazing location, such friendly and kind staff. Wonderful freshly baked bagels and such a great atmosphere in general. I came for a to go and ended up sitting in a corner and enjoying my hot Texas brisket bagel. The custom sandwiches are to die for. Best is Santa Fe and Texas Brisket sandwich. The salmon ones are also great. The apple cinnamon and everything bagels were so fresh . I ended up taking 2 dozen of their fresh and ready to go bagels to my work place well. Must visit.

First time at this specific location. I went through the drive-thru. I always order the Asiago bagel with extra cream cheese. This location delivered exactly as ordered, the first time. The employee who served me was very courteous and professional. Will be back!

Slowest drive thru of all time. 3 cars in line at 8am (which I would think is peak time for a breakfast place to have proper staffing) and took over 15 minutes. Don’t come here if you’re in a hurry
