We bake artisan pizzas, breads and pastries. All of our products are family recipes made from scratch (we don’t even have a freezer!) We buy locally from fresh produce to our craft beers and wines. Explore our freshly baked items and handcrafted dishes in Downtown Turlock. We also serve Red Steer Sandwiches Tuesday – Saturday from 11 am – 3 pm.

I order a beef dip sandwich and was very disappointed on my first bite. I was initially drawn by their sign that says “French Dip sandwiches” you would think they would have put more effort in seasoning the beef right? There was no flavor even when I dipped the au jus sauce they gave me. I had to add mayo and mustard and pepper to give the sandwich some life. Some cheese would be nice too.
The chicken salad was alright and for $4 more you get more chicken which I think for $17 for a salad you would have thought there should be a good amount of chicken breast.
On the other hand the pizza was very delicious, the crust was perfect and the seasonings were on point. I was surprised by my first bite after having been disappointed.
Nevertheless everything was above $17.

Wow, not often am I truly happy to have found a great restaurant… we ordered just about everything to try and we were not disappointed. The food is seriously fresh, loyal and yummy. Service is amazing and the establishment is clean. I reccomend the roast beef.

I purchased lunch for my staff team last week and the macaroni salad was rotten. Multiple staff members tasted it and had their lunches impacted by the serving of spoiled food. I called and was told the manager would need to come to my office to pick up the macaroni salad, I expressed that would be fine but I hoped they would discontinue serving this item in the meantime. I placed the salad in the mini fridge to wait to hear from the manager and no one ever called. No resolution…

I must begin by saying I used to visit this place often. I thought their salads were overpriced but since they were decent, I didn’t mind paying. It breaks my heart to give a poor review. The last time I visited, I waited more than half an hour for the two salads we order. Three people after us got their food but our salads never came. We asked for a reimbursement and left. That was unfortunate.

This was my families first time coming here and it won’t be our last. First off the staff is super friendly and welcoming. We ordered the pastrami sandwich with mashed potatoes and gravy, the soup of the day which was potato soup and a 16” 1/2 pepperoni and half cheese pizza. The total was $55 and the food was amazing. We loved every single thing. Our daughter is very picky about her pizza and she went in for seconds, so that says a lot. The potato soup was the best potato soup I’ve ever had that wasn’t my own. We grabbed some cookies and a brownie to go and those were a 10/10! Definitely stop in for a bite to eat. I don’t think you can go wrong with anything on their menu. We will be back soon. Their breakfast menu looks delicious too.

My wife and I came here today for our first time. It was relatively early and a Sunday morning so not busy at all. The people that helped us were incredible and a joy to talk to.
The food is absolutely amazing in our opinion, at least what we’ve had so far. I had the sausage and egg breakfast sandwich on focaccia and my wife had the cinnamon roll pancakes.
For the breakfast sandwich, the sausage is made fresh in house and was phenomenal. The mixture of the smell of the Focaccia, the Savory Taste of the sausage and the creaminess of the egg mixed together perfectly.
The pancakes sweet but not overbearingly so. The ratio of sweetness to Cinnamon taste came through perfectly.
