I absolutely love this Einstein Bros. Bagels location! I’m a regular here, and my experience is consistently fantastic. They get my order right every single time, which is a huge plus. The entire staff is incredibly friendly, but I have to give a special shout-out to Abby. She truly goes above and beyond to make sure every customer feels welcomed and taken care of. On top of the amazing service, the restaurant is always spotless. I can’t recommend this place enough. Five stars all the way!

Every time I come here I have optimism that it will be better than the last time. After today I won’t be coming back. Why do people go to fast food restaurants? To get food fast. We waiting for 30 minutes to get two simple egg bagels. I changed our babies diaper, fed him and listened to him scream for 30 minutes when we should have been there for 5. When they gave us our food it was the wrong thing, so had to wait another 5 mins to get the right order. There was not a huge line in front of us, maybe 4 cars total. I open my sandwich and it’s a complete mess and not even cut on the bottom bagel at all.
I’ve gone to other Einstein locations and not had as bad of issues, but yall need to do some serious training for your employees or hire better people , it’s just ridiculous. We will not waste our time or money here ever again.

Shady business practices. My order came up tp $20.03, gave them $21, only got $.95 back. Asked where the rest of my change was and was told they don’t have pennies so I loose out. The girl was good enough to take the extra .03 and give me my dollar back. Just use a card you might be saying, not a fan of having a tip option pushed on me at a fast food joint because the company doesn’t pay them enough. Figure how much money they take from people in any given week, this is the Office Space scam.

Just went there this morning for breakfast in the drive through, extremely friendly staff. The food came out hot and they were on top of it. No questions on what was my order or anything. They were all a great team and really organized. Highly impressed!

Our Corporate Catering order was exceptionally delicious. At the store they were very friendly and professional to work with. Most importantly our order was correct and the bagels were all soft and very fresh. The whole company is buzzing on how great the morning snack was. Thank you Einstein’s on Sunset!!

I swing in here couple times a month to get lunch. Always greeted with a smile and friendly service. Order the Deli Turkey and cheddar and never disappoints.

Absolutely the worst service. Don’t bother ordering ahead. After going in and being completely ignored by the staff, wasn’t even looked at for 15 minutes, I went to the counter to ask about my order and let them know no one is acknowledging anyone in the order pickup area. I never got a smile, a hello, or even an apology for the wait, just a look of distain as my food was handed over because I had the audacity to point out that the staff was ignoring everyone in mobile pickup.

Went 2 the Mequon store via DDash yesterday…yum! (My 1st E.B. experience!)
Today, find one in my area, order in app 13min into the day. I get my bag and I get cold grey eggs, no good cheese-only the 1 greasy slab that fell off obv not melted, no bacon (I got paper thin floppy chunks when I scraped them all together (ugh- c pic) waste of money and clearly not even close 2 what I enjoyed yesterday. (Yes, I ordered exactly what I had gotten previously) so much 4 trying EB.

Very disappointed in the Texas brisket sandwiches. I order 4 brisket sandwiches every other month or so. I ordered 4 this morning and they were all smashed flat with hardly any brisket in the sandwich. We could have scrapped the meat off all four and had enough for 1 sandwich. Very disappointing. Won’t be back.

I have ordered from here a couple times and each time it got worse. One time I had to leave the drive through line because I sat for for 30 minutes in one spot. Another time they forgot an item in my 3 item order. The last straw was when I walked in for pickup and the lady who was cooking in the back was swearing and saying how much she hated her job, so loud we could all hear her. I will not be coming back to this location.
