I walked there today for the first time to try the food. Found them on Google after a few minutes of searching and walked a few blocks. I never ate here before just hungry on my lunch break. I ordered a catfish and chicken combo with chips ($15.99).
I didn’t check the bag. Sue me.
I walked back to work, confident that my food was what it was. It wasn’t catfish. So when I called back to tell them that it wasn’t catfish he argued me down and said that’s not what I said.
I absolutely hate when people do that.
Now instead of coming to eat two to three times a week at my new job (because service brings me back, never food), this.
I’m sorry that after 40 years you think that someone who’s 44 years old, who was excited to come into your restaurant and try something new… would walk, waste THEIR OWN TIME, walk back, and lie to get free food from you. I never complain. And I refuse to argue with anyone Back-and-forth about what I KNOWWWWWW I ordered! I sat there for 10 minutes before you even came in to take my order. Since you didn’t want to hear me, I’ll let you read it here.
You can keep the Pepsi that I paid a dollar for, And the catfish. Have a great rest of your whatever. (And like I said, I don’t even know what white fish is. I grew up on catfish.

Overcooked fries and when I called to tell them about my order being wrong The man that claim to be the one in charge gave me a fake name he couldn’t spell and told me I was lying about my fries being overcooked because he was the ones that cooked them. He was very rude and I had to speak with someone else. He was nice and apologized for the mixup. I would not eat here again.

This place is small with big menu big flavor and great service people at the counter waiting to serve you up epic food and snacks and desserts . Don’t order from the online menu . The owners didn’t put the online menu online at all.( someone else without permission from owners) . Go see this Huge menu in person at this place

Well first of all prices are ridiculous also employees had no hair nuts or beard nuts as they were preparing food and lastly they are not good at quoting time to pick up your food. I was told 20 minutes for a pickup order got there 25 minutes and was told it would be another 5 minutes which was fine I said I will sit my car come back in I said bad about another 10 10 minutes or so so it was just kind of irritating but when he said it would be $66 for two large pizzas sticker shock I guess but that is insane.

Sold me some chicken that was visibly not cooked all the way through. Went back to the restaurant, showed them the half cooked chicken Ask them to replace the chicken. They told me they couldn’t because they knew for a fact, they cooked the chicken for 16 minutes so it had to be done. And said the pink in the middle was just from the bone.

I normally have super great service from here, but not tonight. The person taking my order seemed like he didn’t want to be working. I ordered an additional pint of mashed potatoes and gravy, but apparently he didn’t hear me, even tho I repeated the order. Didn’t get the mashed potatoes and the chicken was barely warm!! Sad, because usually everything is great!
