Just left Andy’s and I am not satisfied at all. Pictures for reference. This looks nothing like the advertisement in the first picture & they didn’t add the top layer of caramel. Not to mention, the ice cream was 75% melted before they handed it to me. I was the only car in line!

We’ve gone about 15 times in 2 years. It’s consistently delicious frozen custard. But the application of toppings isn’t consistent– They can be really skimpy on the toppings! But, where they need to really improve is customer service. They don’t have very friendly employees. One young man in particular working yesterday 10/22/25 in the afternoon offered no greeting, no smile, no thank you, no eye contact. All he said was “Is that all?” And “You pay at the window.” And I went back for a water and got the same from him. Definitely some opportunities for re-training and making the team and the customer service experience stronger! In contrast, I went to a different one in Greenville recently and the two team members I met were extremely friendly. Simpsonville just needs to up their game!

We only went here because the Baskin Robbins was being remodeled. It was more expensive and the wait was fairly long, but the custard cream was okay. The waffle cone was too big for one scoop of ice cream, which diabetic husband has to watch.
