Ordered a footlong with the subway 6.99 deal. Person who made my sandwich got worked up, opened my sandwich and made of a mess out of it showing he had put “enough” chipotle sauce when I asked him for extra. I had specifically clicked the extra sauce bottom on the app and it was on the receipt. When I told him that it was not enough and I wanted a bit more, he continued to yell and berate me for not paying full price saying “you can’t have more you only paid $6 for this sandwich” and proceeded to yell at me telling I had to give him another dollar for extra sauce. I am assuming this is the owner since he was so mad about the coupon usage on the app. Completely unprofessional and rude. I was baffled. Do not recommend this subway to ANYONE. Go elsewhere!!

The prices on the menu are higher than those in other stores, and the bread becomes very hard if you wait a while to eat it.

I had placed two orders online using the online service. When i got to the store i informed the worker i placed two orders he gave me one with my name and the second order he refused to give it to me because it did not have my name, which it did because i had both online receipts. The man yelled at me and after i told him i have my id he took a picture. Im an very uneasy about this as this stranger has a picture of my ID and yelled at me

Terrible. Tried to order a sandwich using a coupon that was valid till the end of October. All I asked for was a basic sandwich which is included in this offer. The gentleman behind the counter went to the register, typed something in and said my coupon couldn’t be used for anything (he didn’t even bother to scan or look at the coupon). I’ve used these before at other locations without issue. Coupon or full price I will not be giving this place any of my business

I got stomachache after eating the $16 sub of 12in italian herb and cheese with tuna, american cheese, extra cheddar, lettuce (double portion), onion, and cucumber. Most unreal experience. I split the sub with my partner and she got stomachache as well. Havent got subway in a while but $16 for a singular sub from subway is quite ridiculous. Tipped the old guy during checkout.
