The food was phenomenal fresh, flavourful, and beautifully done. Loved that there were great vegetarian options as well.
The truffle pizza was a total standout and an absolute must-order, and the arancini balls were perfectly crispy and packed with flavour.
Drinks were crafted really well and paired perfectly with the meal.
Overall, such a great atmosphere, amazing service, and unforgettable food. We’ll definitely be back!
Their Margherita pizza is truly impressive—honestly, just as good as, if not better than, what you’d find in Naples, Italy. The staff was warm, welcoming, and made the experience even more enjoyable.
Dessert was the perfect finale. The tiramisu was delightful, but the real star was the house-made pistachio mousse—absolutely to die for!
Highly recommend Cucina 360 to anyone looking for authentic, flavorful food and exceptional service. A must-visit!

Due to seing a pic of it on their google, it wasnt amazing as it didn’t realy have much flavour, the shrimp however was excellent, tender, juicy and already peeled for you Wich was nice. I would not get it again especially considering it was 36$
Also got the rice balls, they were flavourful and warm, however i felt like marinara sauce should have been included with it.
The pizza was truly excellent, real fresh and quality ingredients, from the bread, to the sauce and cheese. Wow was all of our reactions.
My friends orderd the seafood pasta. Unfortunately their claims were filled with sand, so it was not a pleasant experience for them.
Another freind had advised me the Cesar salad tasted very vinegary and was not good
Overall, for the price of most dishes, they kind of missed the mark. Also when we asked for more of the complimentary bread, ( because it was so good) we were met with a slight inconvenienced attitude and side eye from our server, it was not welcoming.

I’d been to this restaurant before to have the pizza and retuned recently for the pasta.
Once you are seated they give you some focaccia bread to start with and, wow, it was so delicious. The dough recipe is the big standout for me – they definitely do this right.
I was feeling for some pasta and personally enjoy a Cacio e Pepe and wanted to order it upon recommendation by a friend. Their portion was extremely generous for the price, however since I know what goes in to it I could not finish the whole thing in one sitting. Although I did have a good amount (I was starving), I felt it tasted OK and was expecting a bit more fresh ground pepper.
The other item ordered was the bruschetta and it was alright – again the bread was delicious (not sure if this is made in house)!
The staff were average, and the atmosphere is pretty – would be cute for a date night. Would be interested to try another pasta in the future to give it a second (third) shot.
I highly recommend everything on the menu, especially the arancini and anything with black truffle pasta. Their pizzas are authentic Italian-style, and the gelato is the perfect way to finish the meal. A great spot to have in the downtown core.
Tonight Stephen Thomas from ARCON Wine Merchants brought 5 French wines for us to sample. Quite a few of us also purchased wines by the glass or bottle from Cucina 360’s own collection. The staff is very capable of offering suggestions and describing their wines.
The owner (Remo) is very personable and always present to keep his Italian kitchen, bar and serving staff operating like a finely tuned machine. I highly recommend that you try this restaurant if you haven’t already had the pleasure!
