Stopped in for my nephews birthday dinner. You have to order from the counter and your food will be brought to your table. I ordered the calamari fritter, antipasto salad, and medium cheese pizza. The calamari was your typical fried rings served with marinara and lemon wedges. Good but nothing amazing. The antipasto salad was visually off putting. The components weren’t cut down so it seemed like a wedge of lettuce with green pepper rings, onions, and tomato topped with a rolled up cheese and meet stack on top. The Italian dressing was delicious but presentation was lacking and the salad took way more work that what it’s worth. The pizza was a classic cheese. It was everything you expect from most of these Italian style restaurants. Crust was good, cheese was salty and stretchy like it should be, and the sauce was slightly sweet and tomato forward.
The staff was very kind and attentive. The restaurant was clean. Overall a good experience.

Mike’s Pizza & Grill is a hidden gem! From the moment you walk in, the staff makes you feel right at home with their friendly and welcoming attitude. The atmosphere is cozy and has a real homey vibe. The food is absolutely fantastic — a solid 5/5! Everything we ordered was fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. The burgers are worth mentioning — they’re big, juicy, and packed with flavor. I’ve eaten here three times now, only because I work next door and it’s very convenient. Every time I’ve eaten here, the food has been AGGRESSIVELY subpar. Nothing is EVER seasoned, just a little salt and pepper would do WONDERS for the food here.
-The first time I ate here, we carried out a large pizza and a large order of wings. The wings were actually pretty incredible – the sauce was given to us on the side so they were still very crispy and actually pretty good, but the pizza was completely flavourless and bland. The crust was also raw towards the center. The pizza ended up getting thrown away.
-The second time I ate here, I dined in and had a grilled chicken Greek salad. The salad was HUGE, but there was barely any lettuce on it, the rest of it was massive chunks of raw veggies, which would never fit into any normal person’s mouth. The chicken was grilled nicely, but once again completely and utterly bland. No seasoning whatsoever. At least the dressing was pretty good?? But the waitress who brought it to me made even the dressing seem awful, she was terse and spiteful, and I had to ask her three times for silverware, which I eventually had to go up and ask for at the register.
-Today, I placed my order on the website so I could walk over, pick it up, and walk back. I ordered the Italian Cold Cut sub, which is advertised to have “Ham, salami, capicola, onions, sweet peppers & cheese.” What I got was a massive slab of the most basic, cheap, and flavourless ham I’ve ever seen. There were two slices of salami, and not one spec of capicola to be seen ANYWHERE. No sweet peppers either. And again, you guessed it, absolutely unseasoned. Why are these people so afraid of salt and pepper??
I’d like to say I’ll never go back, but I frequently need a quick lunch solution and believe it or not, I get pretty tired of Taco Bell sometimes. They certainly don’t deserve my business again.

Placed my order at 5:14 pm and 2 hours later I get a text saying they can’t find me a driver and said they would give me 50% off is i come and get it. My would i since it’s been sitting and waiting for over a hour.
