stopped here on 11/11/24, while I was traveling to Richmond Virginia. The lobby, and bathroom was very clean. The staff was nice and welcoming. The receipt said Shayla, and she was very nice. And most of all, the food was hot and delicious. I would recommend visiting this location

1Me and my friends come to burger king to eat other day and it was a nightmare trying get our food order took 45 minutes get someone to take sum orders for us and when they finally come to ask us can I take ur order I wanna say well we had wait 45 minutes get sum one do our order is it going take 45 minutes get our food !!! This is so badly we all 10 said never again here!!! One of my friend said I came in here other day and a really nice awesome girl took my order and she was so nice and her name was crystal and she was so sweet and my order was right and she went out of her way to make sure the food was good and I was satisfied with everything and hope see me again !!! In my thoughts crystal should be the manager because she know how to treat peeps!!! The manger Sherry is no good be a manger she is ugly to the customers and I won’t be back less we know crystal be there take our orders for us !!! Crystal makes sure we took care of and thats what kind manger u all need for ur burger king!!! Food came out good, service was fast, but the building is laking hygiene. If you plan on using the highchair is filthy!! I had clorox wipes with me, and tried to clean the high chair for my child. If had a feeling no one else ever tried to clean that thing. SO MUCH GRIME BUILT UP!!

Sharon Guffey , is the General Manager at this location I was told .and she turned out to be the problem, with the Bad Attitude just a Nasty Vibe overall. The young lady Crystal who waited on me was very understanding of what happened and showed good customer service. But with the way I was treated by Sharon I will never visit that location again .

Just ordered there through the drive-through 1st time in years The lady had great customer service and the food was excellent. Asked for a cup of pickle and they gave me a hole cup wow so nice I will definitely be a returning customer!
