I ordered a large chicken pho with extra noodles and some veggie egg rolls on the side. The food tasted great and was well balanced. The freshness was okay; the veggies in the pho were a little dry, but it didn’t affect the flavor. The veggie egg rolls were cooked perfectly and seemed freshly made, which made them taste even better. The large bowl of pho could have used more meat or noodles. The menu had a lot of choices, but the small print made it hard to see.
The service provided was exceptional, characterized by a high level of attentiveness. The waitress was not only friendly but also demonstrated an impressive commitment to service, proactively refilling drinks and ensuring that everything was satisfactory without needing to be prompted. The pace of service was moderate, striking a balance that was neither rushed nor sluggish. Overall, the friendliness and professionalism exhibited were commendable.
The atmosphere was peaceful and soothing. I always believe that little details can make a big difference. When I arrived, the music selection was just right for the restaurant’s vibe. Even though it’s mainly a Vietnamese place, the jazz music in the background made the experience enjoyable while I waited for my food. One suggestion for improvement would be the seating; the tables felt fixed in place, which might not be comfortable for everyone. Having movable tables could be a nice touch for larger guests.
The food and service are priced just right for their quality. I would suggest this place to anyone reading this. I’ll definitely return! Thank you.
What I love is their “large” pho bowl is actually a large bowl. Compared to other joints here where a “large” isn’t really a large. I order brisket pho bowl. And the broth is pretty good.
My wife loves their rice, chicken with egg roll combo while our little one likes their rice, pork and egg roll combo. Their egg rolls are pretty good and addicting.
Ambiance is nice. Service is okay, they only have two waitresses, so when it gets packed, I can see them not being able to attend to individuals ASAP, but other than that. Would recommend this place.
Only comment is that their straws are out and open in every table. This can be a sanitary issue.
