Hello Noob
Still a decent place with decent food, but like many other places, they have been skimping back on the portion sizes.

Excellent food and friendly atmosphere. Pricey for what you get, but good just the same.
Try the apple pie shake!

A co-worker & I ordered delivery at 11:54 am today (7/15/25), when the order arrived it was 12:49 pm, however the tickets on the food reflected a pick up time of 12:14 pm. When the food arrived, it was less than acceptable. The Prime Rib Sandwiches had a very small portion of chewy over cooked meat, no caramelized onions and mine was doused in the Garlic Aioli sauce. The Mac & Cheese I ordered was half full and the Loaded Baked Potato Soup she ordered was ice cold – not even room temperature. Lastly, the Cold Brew Shakes we received – mine was 1/2 full and hers was 3/4 of the way full. When my co-worker called and explained the situation she was “rushed” off the phone as if her experience didn’t matter and was told the District Manager will contact her – but they didn’t even ask or confirm her contact information. The quality & quantity of the food we received definitely did not reflect what we paid. None of this is acceptable; not the food nor the lack of Customer Service. Extremely Disappointed. (See attached pictures for reference.)

I’ve placed a few delivery orders through the Potbelly website to be delivered to my work office. The last couple of orders I’ve placed, I selected delivery, but then the site changes it to a pickup order. So I’ve either had to go there to pick it up, or call the store to have them change it to a delivery order. The food is great, but experiences like this are very frustrating.

Ordered BTLA with mayo, vinegar and oil. Came with no mayo, no vinegar and no oil. 0/10 for effort and taste.

Potbelly’s menu is a little lackluster. With sandwiches like “Turkey”, “Ham”, “Italian”, the absence of interesting options left my wife and me a little disappointed. Also, we were a little confused by the menu. I don’t think they offered meal deals other than their skinny sandwich and salad/soup. You could buy chips or a soda on the side though. Weird. Anyway, I had the (“BIG” size) Italian sandwich. It was the biggest they had yet it was only about 8 inches long. It was pretty tasty, I must admit. It reminded me of the older, discontinued style of submarino at Fazoli’s. However, we were both still a little hungry when we left. The service was good though. Everyone was friendly enough.
