The once mighty establishment of TKs has taken a massive fall —-all because of the poor service and mismanagement at the restaurant.
It took us 15 minutes to get a table in a moderately empty restaurant, simply because the staff was very confused about where to make us sit. Next thing placed us next to the billing and checkout counter, even though there were 20 other places available.
When we asked for a drink, the waiter simply said he doesn’t know if this drink exists and left us hanging for another 15 minutes!
While the food was great, the chef added a lot of extra pepper to our rice, making it a bit to peppery unnecessarily.
Despite the poor service and dirty ambience( there were dirty hand towels all around not looked after) The food was decent!
Quite frankly the pork belly was phenomenal:)
Please improve your service and cleanliness!!

My fiancé and I came here to celebrate our anniversary. Thank you to Sahil for being so attentive, and his warm hospitality.. and to Chef Deepak who curated a menu per our palette yet surprised us. Look forward to being back soon!

Loved the experience. You can pick plenty of meat and veggies and cooked into front of you. Chef was great and catered to our taste. Service is slow but worth it. If you’re in a hurry won’t recommend.

Only suggestion is would be good if someone explain how to go about picking and mixing for buffet in the beginning for first timers.

Terrible experience at TK’s this past week. While this has been a standout restaurant with impeccable food and service, and a long standing family favorite, the food and service quality has severely deteriorated over time.

A simple order of non-veg fried rice was incorrect, in fact the chef never confirmed our order with us before cooking the meal – something that was a given at TK’s earlier. Forget checking the order, he didn’t even check for spice levels or cook on the meat. This followed by getting the order wrong, and one would imagine that as a courtesy the restaurant of such calibre would do something to appease their guests, but obviously nothing. The food itself was below average – over-salted prawns in yellow curry, over-cooked gyozas, incorrect rice order, chewy tenderloin and missing fried garlic chips, don’t make for a fun evening!

It was my wife’s birthday and I had asked for a cake which never showed up. I subsequently asked for a candle on a dessert, which was not facilitated either – despite being told this was confirmed.

Definitely not returning to TK’s and very happy about shifting my annual F&B membership from The Hyatt to The Claridges, which has much better quality, service and pricing across all their restaurants.

One of the best places to eat Japanese in Delhi I suppose. Unfortunately I did not feel well the whole day after eating chili edamame on breakfast. So do not ask it to keep spicy. Let yourself chill. My main dish was a minced chicken salad which I thought was packed with noodles under the chicken but it was missing, only 2-5 noodle parts inside which made me disappointed. However, food is fine, I enjoyed it.

Absolutely loved the experience here. I tried the buffet Teppanyaki which was super delicious. Right from the soup to dessert my experience was nice. I like how the chef provided recommendations basis the taste you’re looking for. And the green coconut seafood gravy just blew my mind. The flavors were great and food well cooked. Ambience was wonderful and the staff service was good. Definitely a must visit place.

We came here for dinner as it was highly spoken of. It is a mix of Japanese and Thai cuisine it seems. A lot of the dishes are made right in front of you in the hibachi. We started with some pickled cucumber etc. we ordered some pork dumplings which were delicious. Then came some shrimp in skewers with a yummy sauce. We ordered their fried rice, some seabass, some buffalo, a larb salad and some udon noodles. Everything was good. The larb was very flavorful and the sauce for the fish was yummy. The udon noodles unfortunately had the wrong noodles. We were served flat noodles whereas udon noodles are square and much thicker. They must remedy that or they shouldn’t label them as udon.
Overall it was a good experience.

Loved the staff and their warmth. Everyone was accommodating and allowed us to feel at so much ease. Desserts were fantastic. Teppanyaki was a bit too saucy for my liking but the wonderful attitude of the staff more than made up for my picky tastes. I felt the decor could be refurbished as it looks worn out and dated and not even remotely Japanese.

Terrible terrible..
The food was awful
The chefs wore stained aprons and were overworked .The coordination while making the food was bad ..everything tastes the same.
The server had a very bad body odour..
What has happened to this place ?
And we did not even have a card to avail any discounts …to pay a five digit bill for this awful food and service depressed us !!

Very average experience!
There was nothing that stood out, from a 5 star restaurants you would expect wowed expeience from taste, presentation and variety perspective.

Teppanyaki preparation lacked variety, we have tried 5 different meats but they all tasted almost same

Salads and mocktails were interesting.
