I used to live here. I went back for the first time in a very long time. A very feminine and entitled, white male bartender, screamed at me until I walked out the door, in front of everyone. I think, because a gentleman that he was interested in, bought me a drink at their establishment. Spend your money elsewhere and stay away if you aren’t a regular.. and a man he wants to lay down with.

A really cool spot to hangout, a great ending to my girls night out! The bar tender was attentive and the atmosphere is welcoming. Tried a new beer as well, as the bartender said “It’s like a Blue Moon but better”, I’m converted, haha. Really great place

My mom and I tried this place out on Saturday for the Bloody Mary Bar. We had a great time! The drinks and the service was great! Everyone was friendly. The Bloody Mary bar had all different kinds of tomato juices to choose from, celery, green onions, olives, onions, cheeses, meats, and so much more. Great place! We will definitely be back!

John does a great job welcoming new and returning guests to his establishment. Craft beer options are on point. They have live bands, and solo artists performing all the time! If you enjoy bloody marys, JBOTS has their own bloody mary bar once or twice a month. I love how the staff, call you by name as a returning guest. John, Derek and the staff do an amazing job running one of the best establishments in Southern Illinois!!!!!

As a man named John Brown, this bar gets 5 stars. The owner was very nice and the drink prices are very reasonable. Just visiting for the weekend, but I’m sure I’ll be back next time!
