I had a mobile order, and I arrived early, the app shows the food is not ready and ask me to wait. I went in as soon as it shows the food is ready. It took me 4 mins to get home and start eating, the food was cold and the chicken is so dry, very disappointed

We decided on chicken and stopped at this location. From the direction we were driving we had to make a U turn into the parking lot which is on a bend in the street so there’s cars turning from the other direction. They wasn’t anyone in the drive thru on a Saturday around 11:30 am. It was quick and the staff person at the window was very friendly. The food was pretty good but very greasy but understandable since it’s fried. All the sides were good but the Mac and cheese was a bit burnt. The biscuits were also doughy and to gummy for my liking. We ordered the $20 meal and the 6 chicken pieces were a good size but the sides are small and a one serving portion.

Dirty, old, crappy run kfc. My kids love the waffle n strips meal. This kfc has NEVER had the syrup, NEVER. I asked after not getting it for the 3rd time and was casually told oh we don’t order it. No sorry, our bad, just “what, you expected what you paid for?” attitude. We have syrup at home so I still order it cause my kids like it. Last 2 visits, THEY DON’T EVEN HAVE THE WAFFLES ANYMORE! The app takes the order, no call to let us know its out. When we get there they tell us they out so we say fine just give us an extra strip for each meal or a bisquit for each meal. Get home, NEITHER! Just a single box w 6 strips in it (we ordered 2-waffle and 3 strip combos). I got refunded ONE combo price. Screw kfc and their parent company, Popeyes is our new chicken place, right down the street on Imperial incase anyone was wondering

Enough workers so orders take short time to process, I enjoyed 2pieces of chicken and mashed potatoes. The gravy is a hit! just Enough parking spots, with handicapped spots near the entrance.

July 30th…once again ordered strips with 4 honey mustard sauce and got none. We are paying higher prices now, but getting worse service. Next time, I’ll hold up the line as I check everything in the bag which you people should do before you hand me my order. Pretty sad people can’t do their job even with a big raise they got. Do your job.

Simple order, and someone just wasn’t paying attention. This happens way too often. Now, do I drive back to get the sauce i ordered ? Fries are never crispy, always wimpy.

Very unprofessional and unsanitary establishment, one of the workers serving me was ill and it was absolutely dreadful, I don’t know how they allowed them to come into work but it is utterly disgraceful. I will not eat here again
