Cashier named April was rude. Came through the drive thru and she kept telling me my total after ordering something even though i wasnt done ordering. Then asked a question and she answered it very rudely and had no patience. At the window i asked for condiments and again very rude. Didnt recieve my full order or my condiments. Had to ask for a receipt as well.

This is by far the worst Arby’s in Lincoln. They will keep you waiting at the menu for no reason and will get mad at you when you remind them you are waiting. The orders that I was patient enough to wait for were always wrong even though I had to repeat myself 5 times. If you are hungry for Arby’s it would be better to drive across town for a better one.

Food was cold and sat in the drive thru for almost 30 minutes and shouldn’t have considering we were the only car there ordering food . And only two people in the lobby ! Would maybe go back but I don’t think so . Not this location anyway.

Went through the drive through. The food was on point, but I was the only customer (either in-store or drive through) and my food took a minute. Whatever, worth it. Got a Smokehouse Brisket sandwich.. yup. Super satisfying. One of those types of things that hits the spot when you don’t know what sounds good to eat so you just order the first thing that catches your eye at the first place you stop. Staff was very nice though.

The manager and 2 other people working and I’m the only one in there. It takes over 10 mins for them to take my order. Waited another 25 mins for my food. The floor everywhere was slippery like they moped with grease.

DO NOT EAT HERE. Worst Arbys in Lincoln. Couldn’t remember anything from my order and waited for a pickup order that was supposed to be ready before I got there but turned out wrong. Sandwich was cold and fries were cold. Even thought I got there before my order was even ready. Cold and got it wrong. Staff has no respect or no care for work. After waiting for my meal the member of the staff asked “what you need”.

The food was good. I didn’t like the fact that I wasn’t given a wrapper for my sandwich….Everyone who knows about Arby’s sandwiches knows that they are very saucy and messy (but delicious). I felt like I was rushed at the drive through despite ordering rather quickly. The cashier at the window sounded and acted like he didn’t want to be there….other than the mediocre service, the food was great.
