I recently placed a phone order, and the young lady who assisted me was very pleasant. However, I found the wings to be somewhat disappointing. I had requested hot honey wings, but they tasted more like barbecue wings. The Philly cheesesteak was enjoyable, although the portion of fries was rather small, and their quality was only adequate.

My family had a wonderful dinner. I tried the dry rub wings that were fried hard and seasoned well. The nachos were a table favorite and could possibly feed a family of 10! The restaurant was a little crowded but service was great. Servers were awesome.

Definitely not a good experience there this time. Have been before and typically order wings the same way every time with no issues. Tonight the waitress got 2 out of our 3 orders wrong and seemed to be irritated that we spoke up about it. Brought us two orders of wings with no sauce on them at all. It went from I’ll get you another set to the manager picking up the basket up from the table and taking them back to get sauced. So by the time they sat on the table then went back they came back cold. Manager seemed to be irritated as well. See photos for the wings we went through all that to get back. Look at the size of the wing in relation to the sauce cup, majority of them were that size on both orders they def tasted good just EXTREMELY small. Also ordered a cocktail that was way off from what it was supposed to be. Def gotta do better maybe it was a bad night.

This is my 4th visit here and generally the food is actually pretty good. The only reason for the 4 stars is really for the service. The host who seated us got upset because we asked for booth instead of high tables and our food order had to be corrected 3 times. We were bought the wrong chicken wings twice and our fries were missing when wings finally did come. So they had to cook them and bring them later. The food again was very good every time I’ve gone.

I decided on the berry salad turned out to be the perfect choice perfectly cooked chicken with greens strawberries a raspberry vinaigrette dressing among other things. Kayla our waitress was just the correct amount of attentive.
Jalapeno poppers were great as well.
To top it all off the Virginia Cavaliers defeated Florida State after trailing for most of the game.

Ordered a 12 oz steak through DoorDash and it was ordered MEDIUM RARE. But, instead I got a practically raw very red steak cooked barely on the edges (see photo). Called the restaurant and the woman who was the manager I spoke to was far from apologetic saying that I would not get food poisoning despite me making clear I was worried of it and that the steak was far from medium rare. I had to be stern and make clear the steak looks practically RAW. Like who let the child cook expensive steaks tonight?

Purchased a to-go order off the catering menu Dec 27 ’25. Fresh Berry Salad w/4 grilled salmon fillets, a Philly Egg Roll platter, a Firecracker Shrimp platter, a platter of fried flounder and another salmon entree w/sides. Service was accommodating, all was well cooked and within a very reasonable period of time for a busy Sunday football sports day afternoon. I would recommend!

I just wanted to say that the staff was amazing!!! The ladies at the front end had no problem greeting you. When we walked in, we felt welcomed, so “Thank you for that!”. The food was fresh and was great also. This is the best Kickback Jack’s that I have ever gone to. Amazing staff. Keep up the great work!

This is a fun lively place for getting good food and drinks. There are plenty of screens to watch your favorite sporting event. I ordered the firecracker shrimp as an appetizer and they were cooked perfectly. Nice crispy with a good tasting sauce on the outside delivered on a bed of lettuce. Excellent choice. Then I ordered a Caesar side salad which turned out to be a crouton side salad. The lettuce was dwarfed by the amount of croutons in the bowl. Then I ordered some Thai chili wings dry rubbed. The flavor was amazing but the wings were the smallest wings I’ve ever seen. The flats were so skinny I don’t know how you can even include that as a wing. Now we had a large party with some children involved also and the food came out very sporadically. We finally ended up going to find someone to help us because the children’s food wasn’t coming out after everyone else had their meals and it finished eating them. The manager came to the table and they quickly delivered almost the same identical items that we’ve already ordered again to the table. That’s not what we were asking for, but they left the food for us to eat anyway. We were just trying to get the children’s food out. The manager made some corrections to our bill giving us our appetizers for free. That was appreciated but their delivery system for the food was very confusing. You have your server taking the orders but other people are delivering your food which seemed to get screwed up. And then our server couldn’t get our bills correct without a lot of finagling. The atmosphere of the restaurant is lively. They also have a dedicated smoking area that’s partitioned off from the rest of the building. We were in a separate area which was nice because we could hear each other easily whereas in the main part of the restaurant I feel like it would have been pretty noisy out there. We will go there again and I think they will probably do better. It was a Friday night and they were very busy.
