I waited 30 minutes for my drink. I was late to work. Been going to Starbucks my whole life, I come from Seattle and I’m not sure why the same work ethics don’t transfer over state lines. The manager was the only one rushing. Everyone else was just taking their sweet time. Never in my life have I had such a bad experience. Props to the manager for actually trying. Definitely going to take a break from Starbucks after this experience

Excellent customer service and friendly staff, I rated low because we were in-person and sat there for 15 minutes waiting on our order while numerous cars and mobile orders were filled even after we had ordered. It’s clear that Starbucks has an incredibly rude and frustrating policy that in-person customers are the lowest priority.

What has happened to the drive-thru here? I rarely even come anymore through the week unless I have an extra 30 minutes to be stuck in line. It has gotten ridiculous. By far, the slowest Starbucks of any in the area. And if you order from the mobile app and don’t do it well in advance, you get chided for it. the last time I was here I was parked for not giving them enough advance notice for one drink. No one wants to order a seven dollar iced drink 15 minutes in advance because then you’ve paid all of that money for basically a glass of flavored water with melted cold foam. . I find that completely ridiculous considering if I just ordered at the drive-thru, they would have absolutely no advance notice ‍♀️

Alright so this will be a long one, I have been here since 8am and will be leaving at 4pm. I had school work that I had to finish so I can down here to finish it.. let me begin by saying that how hardworking these people are. They didn’t stop for a even a second, they continuously worked without breaks or anything, smiling at every customer, greeting them with respect! Everyone of them are polite and friendly and helpful! I order a drink and my barista (Beth) was so nice and so helpful. She made me drink that I asked for and omg it was soooo good. Exactly how I was wanting. She understood what I was trying to tell her and she made it exactly like that. I love coming here! Whoever the store manager is for this location needs to give each and everyone of them raise! They deserve it!! We need more nice and happy people like them in the world! (Btw I was writing a paper on depression) so seeing them smile and being super jolly put a smile on my face!

Very nice looking store. Very modern and clean. I was shocked. Hands down the second nicest store I have seen. It was beautiful.

Ordering the drink was not as easy as it should have been. There was not a lot of action in there but I had to go over it 2 times (super simple during, iced with an extra shot).

Where this place didn’t shine was the bathrooms. They weren’t clean. There was to know the floor and it just looked pretty unkempt. Thankfully there was a baby changing station in it however.

I had a mobile order through the drive thru and it was supposed to be ready at 11:12 i didn’t get my order until 11:30. I had to wait in the drive thru line for over 15 minutes that is ridiculous.

I just came from a horrible Starbucks and left a 1-star review because of the service and environment. But!!!!

When I came through this Starbucks, I was greeted by an amazing young women! She had professionalism, a happy whit about her, and a DAMN GOOD personality! Which is hard to come by in the industry.

I used to work for Starbucks for over 2 years, this women deserves a 25cent raise for sure just based off how skilled she was and the communication and the drink she made was ON POINT! Love her and love my experience!! Will be spreading great news and recommendations to people for you!

There was a long wait in drive-thru line. It was to the point of cars that were parked being blocked in. This created an unsafe situation with cars in line and others backing out.
