Good pretzels in shopping mall food court. The cinnamon bites are good as are the plain with a cheese dip. They also have a few other snack items.
Service is fast and friendly. There isn’t any dedicated seating but there are tables along the food court including some near the dinosaur play area.
There is a lot of available parking in the mall garages.

The cashier was the sweetest lady ever!! She offered me a sample of lemonade and explained how I could use my receipt to get a free pretzel. Super kind staff

Super kind staff. Credit card machine was on the fritz, but she was sweet about it. Pretzels were nice; not the freshest but still pretty tasty.

Why does the machine have 25% tip option when I’m standing to order and they just gave me a cup? There was NO service.

The service is terrible, the line to place the order is super long, but it’s because the 4 people inside the place none attend, all talking and playing with each other and the customers waiting to see who deigns to attend… they should have a little more supervision in this place and with the staff who are terrible

This Saturday I Spent over $20 & my Dough wasn’t even cooked all the way, the cinnamon sugar gave me a headache & my daughter felt nauseous & sick afterwards. Maybe they were too busy & trying to keep up with the pace of the long line but I was deeply dissatisfied & disgusted! What can you guys do better?!

I went there a few months ago. I loved the size of the bites because they were easy to snack on and share with family. The staff was friendly. It was our first time there and they were very patient to introduce the items. The pretzel bites were tasty and not too salty. I am leaving a review now because I miss the food so much.
Edit: we definitely went back again, food is still very tasty, staff is always friendly. They also provide samples.

I broke my ankle, and my husband went to Wetzel pretzel for me. The closest one to us is 3 hours away he happened to be in the Denver area. So he was kind enough to pick some up for me. It was a Saturday afternoon around 1:00 not closing time, so you would think they would be fresh. There are three different locations in this mall. Little stands and then the actual store he was sent on a wild goose chase to the different locations until they gave him the burned ones. He didn’t know they were burned because he didn’t look in the bag. We didn’t Discover it until he got home. This particular visit was not good as far as the atmosphere. Well, you know it’s in a mall ♀️….

“I visited your store today, 11/18/24, around 1:00 PM and purchased a small bag of cinnamon pretzels to go. When I got home, I was shocked to find black hair right in the middle of the bag. It was extremely off-putting and unhygienic. This experience was unacceptable, and I don’t plan to return.”
