1st time here as I’m traveling! I believe his name is Jeff per the young lady at the counter. Jeffffffffff!!!!!! You did datttttt!!!! I had forgot to put my sauce on my order and told Jeff. Jeff did what many don’t when I put Extra Chipotle sauce on my order, he actually put extra! I always have to ask for a extra cup of sauce cause I usually get a choke sandwich so I get extra in a cup so I finish my sandwich alive! Just kidding… I love Panera! Someone said I’m gonna be a Panera Bread if I keep on. Well, when I’m back this way again, I’ll be sure to stop back by this 1 for sure! Thank you for a great environment this morning. I go to this Panera almost every day for lunch. This is really the only place nearby that offers a great lunch deal with a low calorie count. However, I have been having issues with their salads. I usually get the pick 2 with a sandwich and a half salad. Recently, the quality of the salads have taken a down turn. The first few times I visited, the salads were green, leafy, and full of color. Now, they are half green/half yellow and have a lot of white lettuce stems that offer little to no nutritional value. The soups and sandwiches are almost always up to par. That is the reason for the 3 stars. This Panera would get a better review if they would step their salad game up.

2-stars only because I felt the service was great. Otherwise I was quite disappointed with the food. The lettuce used in my salad was visibly old and certainly not fresh which was quite the turn off. Tinges of red. Listen to the other low reviews this Panera has received recently. They need to put in some work to improve before I would consider upping my rating.

12/5/22 UPDATE…. Typical canned response from store, as with all other complaints. Asking me to provide order number/receipt 1 week later (after all this was provided to customer service, and I was advised they would forward info to this store) is unrealistic. Who saves a receipt for a week for a to go order??? How about this store be proactive and look up my online order, contact their own customer service dept and get the info they want. This is not satisfactory response or request from store.
Terrible food quality. Ordered 2 salads last Sunday (11/27/22) to go online. Came home and lettuce is brown. Also forgot to add avocado that was requested and paid for. Called Panera customer service that day and was told this is a franchise location and they could not help. Was told they would forward my complaint and request for refund to location, and I would get a call in 3 days. 7 days later – no call. Curious – if people serving this quality of food would eat it themselves??? I would guess not – but profit/revenue over quality. Never again will this location get my hard earned $$.

My kids and I went through the drive thru last night and got one pick 2 meal. We were the only ones in line and it was about 8:30. We waited for 8 minutes. I guess I don’t understand how they can be so slow all the time. It doesn’t matter if I’m driving thru or picking up inside. It’s always around 10 minutes or more. And that’s if they get the meal right. You’re probably asking why I still go there? So am I.

I found a fly in my sandwich, not once but twice. I know what you’re thinking, “well why order from their again?” well I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. This time has definitely made up my mind. This will be the absolute last time I order from Panera, and I will definitely be telling my friends and family about my experience so they don’t have to experience this!

⚠️Don’t deserve 1 star!!! THIS BUSINESS MUST CLOSE. They have foreign materials in their food which is totally unacceptable. I guess this is common per other reviews. I should have read them before going there! POOR SERVICE AND SUPER RUDE GIRL OF A MANAGER. She doesn’t deserve to work, period. They spilled my drink and with all the mess, handed it to me. They charged me ridiculously for a wrong other and left me with food for 5 people! And worse of all I couldn’t even eat any after seeing a piece of wood in the salad.

Not at all what I expected from a Panera bread location! I tried to call customer service and let them know that the bacon was missing from my sandwich and the egg and cheese didn’t look as it had in the past. Customer service told me this is a franchise location but they will ensure that my email makes it to this location. They also informed me that if I would like to go back to return the sandwich for a refund I am free to do that. So do I let the sandwich sit in the car for two hours while I’m at my nephews recital? Or do I skip the recital turn around and go back for a refund? I would think they would be able to easily refund me or give me a credit towards a future purchase. Neither were offered.

Flash forward to December 16th at 5:00 p.m. they ran out of French baguettes and potato chips for family order soups and they have nothing else to serve. I got to believe this is the worst run Panera bread I’ve ever been to every time I come here is absolutely atrocious. Get it together, Panera! How does Panera bread run out of potato chips and baguettes ever?!

This Panera Bread was very fresh, obviously as it is very recently built. The decor on the inside is refreshing and a bit different from other franchises I have seen. The service was quick and the food was well-prepared. The cashier staff were friendly, too. I got the French toast bagel and macaroni and cheese. I was not disappointed.
