This place is under new management and is now a great restaurant. The older posts that complain about the food and other issues used to be true but I was pleasantly surprised by the outstanding experience I’ve had the last two days of eating here. The fries are crispy and light, my burger was juicy, the calamari was tender with a great sauce. Also the service was great, Kami was out server today and she was great. Overall a great experience, don’t be afraid to give them a try!

This is a nice convenient restaurant. The food was OK. The drinks were pretty expensive, but the service was good. It was nice not to have to leave the resort to get a drink.

Not sure what happened here but this place must be severely understaffed. We waited about 15 minutes just to find an employee and then we waited an hour (yes, 60 minutes) for our food which was just stock burritos. We felt forced to wait since 2 of the 3 restaurants on the resort were closed for renovations. This is not to fault the staff, the staff was wonderful but the facility itself needed to help their employees. And we spent so much time waiting we didnt even get to eat our food there before we had to get going.

The restaurant is nice it does need to be remodeled. The bar is definitely an older version Holiday bar. The service was great. This is a very big restaurant. They do have live music on Thursday night which makes it nice. Get the turkey wrap but toasted sourdough instead very good.

You know it’s a resort/country club restaurant during an off season. I always feel these are always a hit or miss during those times. So let’s move on.
Upon walking in we were greeted immediately.
The menu had some pretty decent options.
I opted for the grilled cheese and tomato bisque.
The grilled cheese bread was grilled perfectly.
But using Kraft singles and not real cheddar or fontina is not acceptable at a place like this. It isn’t on the kids menu. This was something on the normal menu. Severely lacking and a not good at all.
The tomato bisque was WAY too rich in flavor. Could hardly even taste tomato.
Steak with chimichurri was well displayed. Taste was a ok.
I mean if you don’t want to leave the property this is a good spot for something quick. It isn’t an amazing restaurant ( at least off season it isn’t )

Although the customer service was great, I personally felt the atmosphere lacked a bit. They have 3 sides to this restaurant; the main dining room, the bar and the lounge. I’m sure its busy during the summer time and thankfully we arrived when no one was sitting at the bar so clearly that was the right choice. The main dining room looked really cute and upscale but you look across and it felt like a dive bar. There is plenty of seating to accommodate everyone, I just felt the dive bar needed a pizzazz. Shared a Ruben meal w no cheese but requested everything to be on the side; thousand Island and sauerkraut. The meat to bread ratio was off, I mean initially I wanted a corned beef sandwich but with so little meat I had to add the condiments, the fries were the best thing on the plate although it came a bit late it still was really good. Also, it should be noted if you want to share plates there is a charge.

Ordered a to go order on a Sunday night. Ordered a la carte items but was charged a full meal after tip ended up to be $45. Employees were pleasant but spoke about how they needed to throw all the food away because it was Sunday and other shop talk, a little unprofessional. What was really surprising was the small amount of food, lack of presentation and most importantly bland taste. Again, 1 entree for $45!!! I would expect so much better. Overall the experience was very disappointing and I would not return. Photo attached was immediately after opening the container, nothing was tampered with.

Jenelle was lovely, Kamerin had the BEST advice on how to navigate this beautiful albeit sometimes overwhelmingly resort. The hills are majestic, and the proximity to the lush greenery of the golf course provided both calming zen like introspective moments (and/or naps), but also a level of entertainment with glimpses of PGA talent on the tee boxes under my balcony, but mostly amateurs admirably hacking away as all us do.
