I went to the drive thru to order an this
AI took my order. Wow, they messed my order up really bad. They should get rid of that system. I asked for chili cheese fries. They gave me cheese and fries.
THIS RESTAURANT NEEDS HELP!!!

This place should have stayed close! The workers are not ready for the customers.
Ex: inside order 1 breakfast sausage biscuit. It took 20 minutes. The lady seems to be all over the other workers. They need to have a training class on how to please the customers first. The biscuit was nasty! I Up chuck the sandwich and the season potatoes.

Im putting 4 stars because alright I shouldn’t complain but I ordered 10 pc spicy nuggets combo medium. But I got large fries, a chicken sandwich that I didnt order and my nuggets but its not 10 piece. Its just 4 piece. The only thing Im upset is my nuggets lol honestly just get rid of the AI voice box and put a REAL person to take the orders!

Just opened a couple weeks ago, Quick response, but I know the burger patty was made sometime ago. Seemed soft to me. Not like the ads. Will try again, but everything was made to order just the patty was “different “ in texture. Let me know if u found it also.

AI takes your order in the drive thru. Poorly. And uncomfortably. The humans inside rushed to fill my order. It was wrong (there was cheese in my salad when I had ordered no cheese) and I had to go back in. They rushed to fix it. When I received my salad, there was no cheese (yay!) But there was less than 1/2 the amount of chicken a s the first salad. I will be visiting Wendys in Modesto with a human taking my order from now on.

Went through the drive through. I was the only car in it. Was asked to wait in parking spot. Soon more cars came. We all waited. 7 other cars that ordered after me got their food before me. 33 minutes I waited. 6 different times the employee can to my truck and asked if XX order was theirs. 3 different times they asked me to repeat my order so they could check. NEVER AGAIN

Love Wendy’s, but this location was charging me .80 cents for 1 barbecue sauce. Almost a dollar for a tiny little sauce. I understand sauce can be an up charge but I was only asking for one and I can’t justify paying 80cents for a tiny little sauce. Also I’ve learned not to go at night time because my fries will be old and cold.

Really poor customer service. Used the drive through and the AI got my order right, visible on my receipt, but they I ordered 5 burgers and only got 4 and one was made totally wrong. They made me wait for 5 or more orders before they remade mine and tried to send me away with only 4 sandwiches again, even though the receipt was clear and accurate. Really bad service.

AI ordering got order wrong, and also wouldn’t let me add more items after a couple seconds, just shut down completely and I had to add items at the window, defeating the whole purpose.

They also definitely use the same oil for all products, as my normal fries were mildly spicy for no reason.

Not returning, this place is a joke.

I HATE the robot ordering. Just use real people this thing sucks, takes longer for me to order because if I have customizations a real person has to take over to take my order and same if I have a mobile order. Just get rid of the stupid ai.

Don’t ever go to Wendy’s in riverbank. Before going to work it’s never opened on time. The last 4 times I went there. It was still closed. When it was supposed to be open
