My husband and I have been ordering from here for several years and the food and customer service has been hit and miss. But tonight will be the last time!!
Around 8:45pm, my husband decided to place a delivery order for his dinner and THIS is what he received when he opened the bag!! (See photos)
And when he tried to call back to complain, 15 minutes before they closed, he got no answer. He refused to eat the food and is planning to take the food back up there tomorrow. Absolutely ridiculous!!

The food is delicious. I recommend the Dragon Phoenix! The sesame chicken is addictive!
6 year update: after all this time, Rice Pot is my go-to for tasty Chinese lunch or dinner. Every business has bad days, but after dozens of visits I’ve never been disappointed. With dine out prices increasing everywhere, we are lucky to have such a great tasting and good bang for the buck restaurant like this in town.

I went here last week. The food was ok, I think I should have tried something else. I ordered a shrimp egg roll, Lo Mein mixed and steamed mixed veggies. The shrimp egg roll was different but good. The wrap was around a whole shrimp. It was so good I ate it before I remembered to take a picture!

I went to this store three times. The buyer experience was excellent the first time. The se ond time I was handled buy a older guy. I wanted my Thai pan noodles spicy like the last time. He was there on Saturday and I gave them the complement. He forgot. The last time I went I asked for the same thing but this time extra veggies and extra spicey with chicken and beef only. The lady must have not liked me. Why is it that I got a bowl full of eggs. No extra veggies or spice. It was a hot mess and made me sick. There is no consistency in service. It’s like a roll of the dice. It will be a long while before I think of returning to this establishment near me.

Small chick fil a cup (2 stacked inside each other) to show size of container. Average size & taste. Large Shrimp fried rice had 12 large pieces of shrimp $11.90 with tax for dinner. It wasn’t great but not bad. They had it out within 5 minutes of me ordering for carryout @ 4pm so that was good. Your typical fast food Chinese place on the inside. Had all of 9 choices I think, that was slim on the choices if you ask me. So if you want something basic this place will work for you.

This place is pretty nice. I tried their egg drop soup and Pad Thai. The egg drop soup didn’t seem to have a lot of flavor in my opinion and the fried noodles served with the soup were stale and flavorless, but the Pad Thai was delicious. The restaurant was clean and the staff was nice. This place is on the expensive side, $10.99 for a dinner plate, but they give you a generous portion. My left overs nearly filled a togo box, so you basically get two meals!

I am a customer of rice post off Swisher road, I have been for years. I will share the 1 star. August 28th puck up and order to go. Any who has been to rice knows they change cooks every other day. The was was somewhat the same. When i picked up my order, it was roo grease and salted. Called today to speak with manager. A guy answered, I asked to speak to Manger, he says, the manager wasn’t there. I’m a customer. I said that to say this, when ask the managers name. Now I know his name is Micheal, least that what he said. Micheal says he could not give me the Manger name. Your kidding me. I will find out the manger name. Also Micheal, needs to have customer service classes. I will not be going back. Why to Micheal.

Great location. Staff was friendly. Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable of their plates. Decent prices. This location was very clean. The kitchen area, from what I could see, was spotless. Food was Hot and DELICIOUS. I would diffently Recommend this location as a place to eat. Location is on the corner and is a little hard to find.
